When day is done you will sleep like a baby on one of 3 queen pillow top Mattresses. Our spacious master suite is separated from the other bedrooms for privacy. Beautiful and super comfy king bed with flatscreen cable and DVR to catch your favorite series before lights out.

Outside the master is a loft with a big screen for movies, video games. Ideal for anyone else who wants screen time before bed. High speed Internet and wifi indoors and out will keep your devices streaming wherever you are.

A word about clean. Nothing ruins a vacation faster than "ick".

This is our most important promise to you. We are meticulous and relentlessly clean.

We charge a cleaning fee. And we spend it all on cleaning!!!!



Beds:
Mattresses are steam cleaned. Nothing survives steam.

Our Mattresses are encased in sleeptite zipper case.

Then we make your bed with a pillow soft and freshly washed mattress cover. Your sheets are laundered.
Pillows are steamed, tucked into zipper cases and then into fresh pillow cases.
Our comforters are washed between guests. Any spare blankets, throws or pillows are washed.

Toss cushions, sofas all get the "steam treatment" after vacuuming.

Bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, including the washer and dryer get the steam treatment too.

Fridge, grill, garbage cans...nothing escapes.

Pets
We consider dogs for longer term stays. The breed matters because of propensity to shed.

Let's talk about your fur friend and we will see about having him or her along for your stay.

We hope you were pleased to find your vacation home squeaky clean, as advertised.

To ensure that our cleaners have sufficient time to prepare for the next guests, we have a list of tasks for you before leaving. We pay our cleaners a livable wage (no middleman) but they only have limited time to clean and do the laundry.

Pool Towels
Please gather wash, dry, fold and put back in the aqua plastic tub outside.

Grill and Bar area
Empty all trash from this area. Deposit in bins by the gate. Green for recycling (cardboard, paper, glass and plastic bottles. Brown for trash and leftover food.

Furniture
Leave it arranged as you found it.

Kitchen
Fridge
Empty any cooked food leftovers into the trash and put all trash, recycling outside. Our cleaners are welcome to, and appreciate any other leftover fresh and packaged foods.

Dishwasher
Please load and run the dishwasher.
Handwash, dry and put away any items in the sink.

Bedrooms
Each room has 2 sets of linens specific to that room. The spare set is reserved for the cleaners to remake the beds for the next guests.


Remove the linens the beds and put in the mesh laundry bag provided. for each occupied room.

This includes: 2 sheets, pillowcases , pillow protectors and mattress pads.

Bath towels and facecloths:
Please leave in the bathtub of master or second bath.

Garage remote
When you leave, please remember to put the garage door opener on the counter where it was when you arrived. Close the garage from inside.
DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR INTO THE HOUSE FROM THE GARAGE.

You can exit through the front door and it will lock after 90 seconds.

The pool
When using the pool please add one bag of shock crystals st the beginning or end of the day. This will ensure that sunscreen and perspiration will not encourage algae to grow and turn the pool green.

You will find this in the large storage bin near the back door.
