Ideal ski holiday apartment opposite Les Houches piste

Apartment Apolllo is a newly built and well-equipped ski apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in one double and two twin bedrooms. It has superb views to the summit of Mont Blanc.

The apartment is ideally situated opposite the Bellevue telecabine in Les Houches.

With two underground parking spaces, a dedicated ski locker and plenty of storage space this comfortable apartment is a great option for a ski holiday in the Chamonix valley.

The apartment consists of:


Spacious open-plan living area with kitchen and lounge leading onto the balcony, which has seating from where you can appreciate the superb views of Mont Blanc.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, cooker and oven, clothes washer, dryer and an iron.

The master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom is on the lower floor, off the living area, and there is a separate toilet on this floor too.

There is underground parking for two vehicles and a lift to all floors of the apartment building.

In summer Lac Chavants Park has a lake, children’s play area, tennis courts, tree top trail, rock climbing crag and many beautiful short walks.

Les Houches is connected to the rest of the resorts in the Chamonix valley via its free bus service.

1 hour from Geneva airport and 2 mins from the motorway. Many transfer companies ply the route. Contact the agent for information.

This apartment is a great winter and summer location.

Arrival and departure details: Minimum stay 4 nights. Arrival after 4pm

Departure by 10 am on last day.

Linen and towels for six people are included in the price. Additional linen and towels charged separately.

A keybox is kept on site so guests can arrive late.

Payment Details: Payment is made through the agent Mont Blanc Retreats Ltd via bank transfer or British cheque.

Credit cards not accepted.

25% deposit required to secure a reservation.

Balance or full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival.

well maintained property,clean and everything was provided as described

minor points

would be useful to have more than one set of keys particularly to get into the downstairs ski locker

very little hanging space or storage space in bedrooms upstairs-a few hooks /shelves/under bed storage would be helpful

but overall had a great time and excellent location

Great place to stay.

What lovely spacious accommodation. Just enough room for a family of 5 to have their individual space after a long day on the slopes. The apartment has everything you need in a self catering accommodation. The location is great. The weather in April is lovely, sunshine in the valley and the snow and sun in the mountains. This is our second time in Les Houches and we love the location as it's easy to get to the various slopes. Hope to be back again next year.

Spacious and handy for the Bellevue lift!

The apartment was clean and well positioned for the Bellevue lift. It was literally across the road. It also was well positioned for the bakery, 2 restaurants - Le Basilic and La Ferme, 2 cafés - Kitsch Inn and Le Creposaure all within a very short walk. Another good restaurant Le Delice was only a 4-5 minute walk.

It was well equipped and felt spacious for 6 adults. The garage car parking was a bonus and the ski locker was quite large! There was a lift from the garage/ski locker up to the apartment which was useful when too tired for the stairs.

We would recommend this property to friends and may stay here again ourselves.

Great spot

Really comfortable and convenient apartment, with beautiful views across the garden to the alps. Loads of things for kids to do in the area - summer or winter - but without the crowds of Chamonix. The agent, Bob, at Mont Blanc retreats, was very helpful.
