Well equipped and space for families, peaceful and good for walking, sightseeing and vineyards

Finding the property was problematic but is actually very conveniently located for St Rémy. We needed a few phone calls to find the exact point on the D99 where we should turn.Once there there we found the kitchen extremely well equipped for any cooking, baking etc. In fact it is very well equipped to host many guests. The pool and jacuzzi area has a locked gate and a delightful garden room which is a large self contained bed-sit. The whole place has been recently refurbished to show of the original attractive rustic stonework. We were three older couples keen on good food and trips around the Chateau Neuf vineyards. We found a lovely daily morning walk past some friendly neighbours and up behind the house up to Les Alpilles which are the delightful local hills which you can see from the house. You can walk to to gliding school with direct access to one of the Grande Randonne. One day we walked along the canal to the market in St Rémy. which took about 40 minutes. The market is excellent with lots of local cuisine. We had the habit of taking a walk before breakfast then visiting vineyards then a good lunch followed by home to enjoy the pool and enjoying a local cheeses and paté followed by a bottle or two of wine . All in all a very relaxing holiday which we are keen to do again some time. Thanks you to Emilie and Benoit for letting us stay in your converted family home.

Fantastic property and a wonderful holiday

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing week. There were 10 of us and the property allowed everyone space if needed but the opportunity for us to be together to eat and relax. It is perfectly placed to access the local town and other activities. The owners popped in and were very friendly. Can totally recommend the property.

Wonderful, we hope to return!

My family and I had a brilliant time staying at this wonderful villa. Benoit and Emilie were really accommodating, recommending great restaurants and places to visit, they also helped organise three cots for our little ones. The villa is beautifully refurbished to a high standard as is demonstrated in the photos on this website, it is peaceful with stunning views across to the mountains, we also fell in love with Saint-Remy a beautiful town. We hope to return next year!
