Les photos sur le site datent de quelque temps car elles ne montrent pas l'état actuel : douche pleine de traces noires au niveau de la porte, carreaux de verre fendus ; terrasse non nettoyée (pleine de mousse et de feuilles sans parler du mobilier qui mériterait d'être reverni après sérieux nettoyage) escabelle rouillée dans un coin. Nous avons dû nettoyer une partie de la vaisselle que les locataires précédents n'avaient pas correctement lavée. Beaucoup de couverts mais de piètre qualité. L'armoire de la chambre (partie inférieure gauche) en principe destinée à y pendre des vêtements est occupée par un aspirateur, une table à repasser, des brosses, des couvertures "d'époque" ne laissant pas beaucoup de possibilités de rangement correct. Une armoire pour stocker les achats courants serait la bienvenue dans l'espace séjour-cuisine. Nous avons pris des photos que nous pouvons vous transmettre afin d'étayer nos remarques.
