Loving life by the canal!

A beautiful home that exceeded our expectations- indeed the photographs do not do it justice. Furnishings were of good quality and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens and there were plenty of both bathroom and pool/beach towels. The pool was sparkling and was cleaned or checked each of the two weeks we were there. The keypad for door access was a gem! no fiddling with keys or key boxes for entry, especially at nights. All in all I can’t speak highly enough of this home and we had a fabulous time in it. Thank you Bob and Peggy for the use of your beautiful home. We would love to repeat the experience another time. Linda & Stephen Higgins

4th time in Rotonda and this was the best house yet!

Great property, great owner and a great holiday! The house had all you need and the pool was exceptionally good, as I normally have to get the pool net out each morning but it seemed to stay really clean and clear (and the pool is the most important part in the lovely Rotonda heat). It will be a few years before we return to Florida and Bob & Peggy's house will be first on our list! Thanks :-)

Beautiful villa set in a very peaceful location.

We had a lovely holiday staying in this beautiful villa. Ideally located to visit many places on the Gulf Coast whilst set in a beautifully peaceful location with an abundance of wildlife to watch from the lanai. The villa is beautifully presented, very spacious and has a fabulous beach theme. It is furnished to a high standard with everything available to you for a great holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Memories to treasure

Our family of two adults and three teenagers had an amazing holiday in this villa. It is absolutely beautiful in all ways. It is extremely well equipped. We spent many hours in the pool enjoying all the pool toys and floats that were provided in the garage. We used the bikes in the evening once the sun had gone down and enjoyed exploring the area and looking and all the beautiful houses ( and dreaming of having our own one day!) The icing on the cake is the outdoor area. We lived outside , great to have tv and gorgeous outdoor seating area, this was a lovely bonus for us. Great memories of your villa and Bob was a delight to deal with. FIve stars , and would recommend anyone to book , you won’t regret it.

Ideal Rotonda Retreat

We have been holidaying in Rotonda area for many years and found this property met all our requirements. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean and the whole house has a beach/seaside theme and it had everything we needed to make our stay complete, the pool area gets the sun from early morning until sunset and we enjoyed the spa and having our evening meal on the Lania. In the Garage are all the pool toys you would need and a trolly to cart the beach gear which included beach chairs, parasol and cool box which also were like new. We liked it so much we have booked again for October!! Bob and Peggy are professional and easy to deal with and answered our queries very quickly.
