Lovely Shared Pool Area And Only A 5 Minute Walk To Carvoeiro Centre (no Hills)

Apartment Libelinha is beautifully presented throughout, on entrance to the apartment there is a bright and spacious lounge and open plan dining area with seating for 6 people. The Lounge has two comfortable sofa's, TV (Basic English Channels), DVD Player, CD player and an iPod docking station and there is always a good selection of DVD's, Books and Games for your enjoyment. The Lounge has access to the ground floor terrace via large patio doors which gives the room lots of natural light.

There is a large kitchen with everything you need for a self catering holiday including a large selection of utensils and cooking appliances to make preparing meals as easy as possible. Just off the Kitchen there is a separate Laundry room with washing machine and drying area.

The main bedroom is on the ground floor, it has a double bed and air conditioning so you can stay cool in the summer months. This bedroom also has access to the terrace via patio doors. There is a full bathroom next door to the Bedroom with Shower.

There is a 2nd floor in this apartment which is accessed by a spiral staircase, there are two single beds and a further bathroom with bath and over bath shower so although there is only one bedroom there is plenty of room for 4 people.

This apartment has two lovely terraces areas, on the ground floor there is a secure terrace which can only be accessed from the lounge and bedroom. This terrace is a fantastic area for BBQ's and enjoying drinks in the evenings, it has a table and chairs for 6 and a separate swinging seat which is perfect for lounging in the sunshine. There is a large parasol which offers plenty of shade.

The 2nd terrace is accessed from the first floor and has an additional table and chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol - a great place to sunbathe and get the afternoon sun.

This is a small complex of apartments, there is a secure car park offering off-street parking and the complex can only be accessed by a key code. The communal pool and surrounding terrace is a great area for relaxing, there is a nice grassed area where Children can play and the apartment has 4 loungers available for use.

brilliant location

Fantastic apartment very well equipped,

Perfect for our family of four,really spacious and clean.

Was met by Emma and Mike who were brilliant told us everything we needed to know.

Really good location just 10 min walk in to the square where there's lots of bars restaurants and entertainment.

Loved our stay here hope to be back soon.

Excellent and quiet flat in good position

Our stay at Apartment Libelinha was perfect. The flat is exactly as it is described in the website: spacious, well-furnished. Everything was clean and well maintained (a plus: few food and cleaning items were left there to us to help settling, including a bottle of white Algarve wine!). Great swimming pool - in the morning we were basically the only ones using it, so it was like having a private one...

The flat has a very nice (and big - we were able to organise a dinner for 4 adults/3 children) outside space, with bbq and everything you need. The position is also very good, walking distance from the beach and from everything else in Carvoeiro. (A fantastic bakery is just in front of the house). Flawless email contacts before and after with Emma. Absolutely recommended!

A first class holiday.

The property was better than we expected both with indoor and outdoor space.For ourselves it was the perfect position in the town.There were no difficult climbs to negotiate in and out of the centre.The secure car parking facilities were excellent with coded gate entrance and bags of room.The communal pool was of a very high standard with lots of room around it plus a grassed area.

WiFi and aircon were good with every conceivable amenity in the kitchen.The manager,Emma and partner Mike were always available with a mine of local knowledge;nothing ever seemed to be a problem for them,we never felt any hesitancy in contacting them over any issue.They were there to greet us and show us around,then turned up to wish us Bon Voyage.

The town has plenty of good bars and restaurants with a nice little beach.There is a Waterworld park 10 mins drive away and other towns/resorts are readily accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks there and will be returning.Oh and by the way there is a great bread and cake shop just as you come out of the property on the main in road,also does great coffee.

Ideal base for a great family holiday

The holiday got off to an excellent start. We were met at the apartment by Emma who gave us a very clear and thorough introduction. In fact the friendly and efficient support from Emma and Mike was an important factor in the success of the holiday. The apartment is very well appointed and equipped and was extremely clean. The communal pool is very good. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the town centre and beach. There are very good restaurants and bars near by. Not to be missed is the fantastic bakery below the apartments. An ideal base for a family holiday.

Spacious and extremely well equiped

This well maintained spacious apartment is ideal as a base for touring the area. The secure parking and ease of access to the town with all its facilities means you can walk to the many restaurants and shops in a short time.

The bakery 2 minutes from the apartment is the best in town.

The swimming pool is a good size and secluded.

The Robinsons were excellent hosts who advised on the best restaurants to visit and efficiently dealt with any queries.

Definitely a "home from home" with all the comforts and equipment you need for a relaxing stay.

Apartment Libelinha is situated on Rua Dos Pescadors, just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the restaurants and bars. Carvoeiro is a small picturesque fishing village with a great selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. The centre has a variety of shops, fantastic for hunting down local souvenirs. Ideal for families and couples, with a number of sandy beaches it's easy to lose yourself in the beautiful surroundings, alternatively take a trip to the local water park (5 minute drive) or enjoy 18 holes on some of the best golf courses in Europe (Pestana is only a 10 minute drive away).

Carvoeiro is not a place where you will find late night noisy clubs, it's a lively town with plenty of nice bars and restaurants to keep you entertained until late in the evening. Carvoeiro centre has a variety of shops, fantastic for hunting down local souvenirs. Booking information:
Our property manager Emma Robinson will handle all of our booking administration and Emma and/or Mike will be there to meet you on arrival with the keys for the apartment, they will answer any questions you may have and will be on call throughout your stay.

Payment Information:
We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the apartment, the remaining balance inclusive of a £150 breakage deposit will be payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Our preferred method of payment is to our UK account if paying in UK Pounds or our Euro account if paying in Euros, the euro rate will be calculated using the rate of the day. The breakage deposit is fully refundable as long as there are no major breakages - we don't worry about the odd glass or plate. Please transfer the breakage deposit to our managers account to ensure that it is returned within 7 days of departure.

Other information:
- Cots and High Chairs can be hired from our manager for a small extra charge
- Emma will arrange transfers for you if required, this is an extra charge and the fee is paid directly to the driver
- Changeover day is flexible as long as we don't lose too many nights in between bookings.
- The apartment is available from 14:30 and departure time is 10:00, our managers will try and be flexible where possible
- We will accept winter rentals but electricity will be charged separately

From the Owner

We loved this apartment as it has lots of natural light and space so 4 people can easily be accommodated. The location is perfect as it is such a short walk to the beach/town centre (5-10 mins) but it's far enough away so that we don't get the noise from the restaurants and bars. A big bonus is that there are no big hills to climb, it's a straight road from the apartment into town and apart from a small incline from the road up to the apartment gates it's very easy which is ideal if you have children. The security of the apartment really appealed, the gate security and the off-street parking keeps it very private and the terraces can only be accessed from the apartment. Another big bonus is the fantastic cafe just down the road from the apartment, it's brilliant to have fresh bread, cakes and great coffee just a 2 minute walk away.
