Villa Martha, with private pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is perfectly located just 1km from Gaios and offers amazing sea views.

Built making wide use of traditional local stone and finished to an excellent standard, this is the perfect choice for a holiday with family or friends on the idyllic island of Paxos. Enjoy a pleasant walk along the waterfront to the upmarket Gaios (just 15 minutes away), swim in one of the perfect beaches nearby or spend lazy days by the pool enjoying the views of the boats passing by, taking advantage of the unbeatable value for money offered by Villa Martha.


Entrance to the villa is via a couple of flights of steps from the road, where private parking is located. The main living area is spread over one floor: 2 bedrooms (one double and 1 twin), the cool air-conditioned lounge with kitchen/dining area, the main bathroom and the spacious terrace offering breathtaking sea views. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor, has air-conditioning as well as an en-suite WC with basin and is accessed by a spiral staircase. The private pool with sun terrace, sunbeds and shades attracts sun all day long and is the perfect place to relax.

Living Room:

The airy living room, with dining table for 6, has big patio doors opening onto a spacious furnished terrace offering stunning views to the sea and the Greek Mainland. Enjoy a tasty Greek coffee or a glass of Ouzo admiring the waves and listening to the sound of the sea in the distance.


The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 cooking rings, full-sized fridge and utensils. An outdoor BBQ complement the setting and will be the perfect 'cherry on the top' for an authentic Greek meal. You can decide to dine inside in the cool of the air-conditioned lounge or outside gently accompanied by the breeze.


The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. One of the twin bedrooms occupies the upper floor of the property and offers cozy wooden ceiling together with en-suite WC. An extra bed, suitable for a child up to 12 years old, can be provided on request free of charge bringing the total occupancy to a maximum of 7 guests.


Villa Martha has a spacious and modern family bathroom on the ground floor, plus an additional WC with basin on the upper floor. The main family bathroom houses a bath with shower over, WC, basin and washing machine. Maid service, linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Swimming Pool:

With such a generously sized private swimming pool and such unobstructed sea views, you'll be tempted to spend all your holiday outside on the patio.

Gaios is the 'capital' of Paxos, the largest of the three main settlements and the only one that can be called a town, albeit a very small one. Its Venetian and British heritage is visible in the colourful buildings that line the long harbour-front. Gaios now has two harbours - the newer one is a short walk or drive from the centre, and serves as the port of call for ferries, excursion and cruise boats. It is also the setting for the often spectacular arrivals and departures of the Corfu-Paxos seaplane service. The older harbour, sheltered from the open sea by two small islands, is a never-ending source of entertainment in summer, with its plethora of cosmopolitan yachts. Gaios continues its daily business regardless of its exotic visitors, and it is this contrast that makes it so entertaining to spend an hour or more at one of the cafes in the main square alongside the quay. An intriguing variety of eating establishments, chic boutiques and old-fashioned stores make Gaios quite fascinating.
