Locmiquel is a small village very quiet at the water's edge in the Gulf of Morbihan. it is located on the cove in front of Larmor Baden (1 km by road)
The house is 50 m from the water (small cove) and 250 m from an easily accessible sandy beach where it is nice to swim at high tide. the house is stone and has been completely renovated a few years ago, with a refined western style decoration. the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets; the garden of 100 m2 is full south, it offers a sea view with a terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun;

Jolie maison, mais très humide
La maison est très jolie, près du sentier côtier. La cuisine est bien équipée (sans four micro ondes toutefois), les chambres à l'étage sont biens mais avec un unique placard dans le couloir. La petite TV ne fonctionne pas bien (ne capte pas France 2, ni France 3 par ex ) ce qui est ennuyeux quand il pleut toute la semaine. Globalement pas mal mais aurait besoin d'une rénovation complète de l'isolation (chambre du bas terriblement humide, salpêtre dans le salon).

Maison traditionnelle bretonne très agréable en bord de mer : décoration très sympa, grande salle de séjour confortable qui permet de se réunir à 8 adultes, cuisine bien équipée avec belle vaisselle... bref, notre séjour a été très réussi malgré un temps bien breton qui a confirmé le dicton: en Bretagne, il fait beau plusieurs fois par jour !
