This charming stone Villa is nested near the ruins of the medieval fortification of Dvigrad. It combines traditional with modern for your perfect relaxing holiday. The entire property is fenced and gated so children can run around freely on the carefully tended and watered lawn.

Private swimming pool is 40 m2 large ideal to chill out and keep cool in the hot Croatian sun. Area surrounding swimming pool stretches to 1250 m2 of trimmed grass and it is equipped with 9 deck chairs and 4 parasols. Garden also encompasses covered dining area, barbecue and a nice outdoor lounge set.

Villa Solomun is air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV, DVD and wireless internet. With more than 150 m2 divided on two floors and 4 double bedrooms accompanied with 3 shower/bathrooms, this beautiful house can accommodate 8+1.

The house is also equipped with private parking space for 5 cars.

Die Villa Solomun befindet sich in der kleinen Ortschaft Dobravci, das aus 5 Häusern besteht und ca. 8 km von Kanfanar entfernt liegt. In der Nähe befindet sich die Ruinenstadt Dvigrad. Das Ferienhaus liegt mittig in einer Reihe von 3 neu erbauten Ferienhäusern und ist ausgestattet mit 4 Schlafzimmern (9 Betten), 3 Bädern, Waschmaschine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Grundstück umfasst 1200 m2, der Pool hat eine Größe von 40 m2 und ist so platziert, dass er Morgen-,Mittag- u. Abendessen bietet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, überraschte uns am zweiten tag mit Rotwein und reinigte einmal während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts den Pool. W-Lan ist kostenfrei, funktionierte aber ab Mitte des Aufenthalts aufgrund eines Gewitters nicht mehr. Der überdachte Terrassensitzplatz bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die Berge. Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr abgelgen, was bedeutet, dass man selbst um Semmeln zu bekommen mindestens 8 m (Kanfanar) oder Zminj fahren muss.

Villa Solomun is located in the central part of the Istria Peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, and vineyards and olives dominate this area with warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history.

The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni national park with an 18-hole golf course are just a 30-minute drive away.

Great restaurants, taverns, wine-cellars are all around the Villa. It is a great place to enjoy the food, wine, history and, after all, to relax.
