This clean and comfortable home is located in Windwood Bay community, about 7 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando area, about 26 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 16 miles to Orlando Convention center, and only 1.5 miles to Champions Gate golf.

Come and relax with your family and friends at this beautifully decorated 3500 square foot large vacation home. It features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. With a huge living area and a fully equipped kitchen, only a mile to Supermarket, easy access to Uber eats, other food delivery services and many restaurants nearby, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous SOUTH-FACING pool with child safety pool fence, plus free usage of all baby gears ( crib, highchair and stroller ) and in-house washer/dryer, provide all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney or a day trip to beaches on the East or West Coast.

This home is ideally situated in the popular district of Windwood Bay, an area of secluded luxury privately owned villas. Windwood Bay is the perfect spot. It is right next to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wild World of Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by forests or a 10 minutes drive will take you to the busy 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course 1.5 miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

Great Orlando Stay

This vacation home was perfect for our family consisting of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 children. The large bedrooms and bathrooms allowed privacy and distance between everyone. The pool was gorgeous and clean for the kids and the hot tub was great for the older adults. With free wifi and roku TVs in every room, the entertainment was exceptional. We will definitely return to this home, when we come back to visit.

Needs work

The place is spacious and the location is great. However it needs some TLC. It was pretty rough on the inside as far as structure. Upstairs master bedroom felt like there was a hole in the floor that you could’ve gone through. Standing in the shower felt like you were going to fall through the ceiling upstairs. Several of the beds were very uncomfortable as well as very squeaky when you tried to roll over. The entire place needs painted and the upstairs carpet needs replaced. The master bath downstairs had a consistent drip in the sink. The hot tub Jets don’t work very well. But other than cosmetics and only having the absolute bare necessities in the kitchen we enjoyed our stay.

The pictures are not a good representation of this property.

The house is large but needs updating and maintenance inside and out. The pool was not sparkling like the photo but grayish. The spa was the same. We paid extra for a heated pool and assumed it would look like the photo. We were extremely disappointed with the accommodations for multiple other reasons.

Nice home

We enjoyed the location of this home. It doesn’t look like the pictures now, needs updated pictures but it was a nice home to stay in. The only thing we weren’t very pleased with is on Friday while we were swimming the pool people came and my grandkids had to get out for 30 minutes because of added chemicals. I feel that could have been done the next day after we checked out. Except for that it was a nice clean place to stay for the price.
