About this property

Bright and airy waterfront home close to beaches, restaurants, night life and shopping. Over 4,200 sq. ft. under air, plus large lanai and dock area. Home has 12+ foot ceilings on first floor and 10+ foot ceilings on second floor. All four bedrooms have private ensuite full bathrooms with first floor master suite with king bed and three bedrooms upstairs with queen beds. Master bath includes walk-in shower, large soaking bath tub and separate lavatory Large loft/den is located upstairs with flat screen TV for separate area to watch TV or play games. Kitchen includes double oven, separate microwave, Viking gourmet refrigerator, Thermador 5 burner induction cooktop, two sinks, and Bosch dishwasher. Laundry room includes LG extra large capacity, front load washer/dryer. Cable TV with HBO, Showtime and regional sports package. WiFi throughout home and stereo with bluetooth for streaming music to living area and lanai. Pool area has 5th full bathroom outside.

Short walk/bike ride to beaches and minutes to the Ritz, Mercato and other high-end shopping and fine dining.

Bring your boat or rent one for your vacation and keep it at the house at the dock for your enjoyment at your convenience! Enjoy early morning fishing, afternoon family trips or evening sunsets on the boat since it can be available to you at your leisure! If you’re not a boater then just enjoy the sun, view and fishing on the dock.

The house is spacious and wonderful!! The pool and water access is amazing!!

March get-away in Naples

Overall the house was very nice and worked really well for 2 couples and a single adult to be able to spread out and each have their own space. Lots of nice features such as the dock patio and ample outside parking. Great location. But the ladies felt the kitchen and dishes were not "VRBO quality" clean, the pool was not warm enough, the spa wasn't heated, and the NG fire pit in the patio was turned off. With a little attention to the above, this property could go from nice to awesome.

A wonderful Naples vacation!

A lovely home in a great location. It was great to walk to the beach - a good way to get in our exercise. The back deck on the waterway was absolutely beautiful - had our morning coffee out there every day. The size of the home was perfect for us, our adult married children and our 2 grandchildren. Everything in this end of Naples is so close by - easy to walk or drive to all restaurants, shopping and beaches. The owners were very accommodating and helpful if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this home rental!

Incredible house with stunning water views, a beautiful pool, and a relaxing vibe.

A truly amazing place to relax, just minutes from the beach, but with an incredible water view to catch the sunsets. The interior of the house is beautiful offering four great bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, something that is hard to find. The kitchen is a cooks dream, and the living rooms offer enough space for guests to unwind in separate spaces. One very special feature is the incredible interior lighting. It offers so much warmth and gives each area its own cozy and inviting feel. The deck and pool are an oasis that you can lose time in, and are a little slice of heaven. Surrounded by palm trees and wonderful plants, it is completely private, yet only a few steps from a huge deck that offers great sun and awesome sunset views. The house is incredible, and a truly relaxing place to vacation. We had such a great time, and look forward to being here again next year.
