This home (2400 Sq. Ft.) has everything you need and then some. Great quiet location only 12 minutes to downtown Denver. All designer finishes, quality mattresses, bedding, and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with cook ware, and all the utensils you could need. Help yourself to the seasonings and coffee. Laundry stocked with bleach, detergent, and stain removers. I built and designed this for my home and put a lot into the finishes. Now I travel most of the year, so you have a beautiful relaxing home close to many places Denver has to offer. Perfect house!

This house was the perfect location for our stay close to relatives in Colorado. It was very clean and the yard and neighborhood were beautiful and quiet!

Perfect place

This is our second time staying here for a lengthy stay. This time approximately 2 weeks. We love this place. It’s clean, well done and in the best neighborhood with an amazing backyard. The neighborhood is lush with huge trees and so quiet. The hot tub is perfect in the evenings. The host has always been easy to communicate with and accommodating. It’s super close to the Children’s museum and the aquarium if you are wanting to visit, just a short drive which is another reason we love the location. As a mom I appreciate the washer/dryer and laundry room. Perfect stay. Thank you!

Awesome and Peaceful

Beautiful, updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Huge yard and trees, don’t even realize you are in the city. Great kitchen, beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive. If we are ever in Denver and looking for a place to stay I will definitely rent this place again!
