Located on a plot of land, fully enclosed, access by an electric gate and private parking.
Its private swimming pool, heated, secured by alarm, out of sight, dimensions 6.50m X 3.50m, depth from 1.70m to 1.10m, with its 80m2 beach, partly sheltered and closed by a guard body in glass and aluminum, is a very popular solarium which allows to spend pleasant moments of idleness.
A large 40m2 terrace, partly covered, with a glass and aluminum railing, allows you to take all your meals in front of an exceptional panorama, day and night, overlooking the gulf and the town of Ajaccio, the village of Coti, the chain of highest peaks in the center of the island, and the marvelous sunsets plunging behind the Sanguinaires Islands.
Ideally located, allowing to go to Ajaccio, the Calanches of Piana, Cargese, the megalithic site of Filitosa, Propriano, Sarténe, Bonifacio, and all the other wonderful tourist sites of the Corsica Region. On the route of the hiking trail 'Mare e Monti Sud' connecting Porticco to Propriano.

Villa de Beaute!

Our week in Coti-Chiavari was a peaceful and beautiful end to our holiday in Corsica. From the moment we arrived, Rene made us feel relaxed and welcome, and the house was so well equipped, in fact better than any holiday home we have ever stayed at before! It made such a difference to our stay and comfort, thank you again so much. We went many times to the beach at Portgliolo, explored the southern side of the Baie d’Ajaccio and spent many hours relaxing in the sunshine around the pool. Having been to Corsica many times, we found the area and the sunsets amongst the most beautiful!

A beautiful mountain village setting with fantastic far-reaching views all over the bay

Very clean and well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The pool and both balconies make a wonderful place to while-away many hours! The village is quiet but pretty with a good restaurant. Beaches take half an hour or so to reach and the mountain road is fairly hair-raising!

Incredible view

Exceptionally well equipped accomodation ,the views even from our bed were wonderful. Rene was so very helpful and couldn't do enough for us ...so many little extras. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the tranquil peaceful village . Thanks again Rene for everything.

Panorama exceptionnel

Nous avons séjourné au mois d'août 2023 avec nos trois enfants de 13, 10 et 6 ans dans cette très agréable maison indépendante. La propreté est irréprochable et nous avons apprécié l'électroménager neuf et complet. De même, l'équipement de la maison est parfait (ustensiles de cuisine,parasol,transats...). Rien ne manque! La salle de vie est grande,spacieuse, et les chambres sont munies de placards bien pratiques. La grande terrasse ombragée permet de manger dehors et de profiter de la vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio. La piscine est très agréable,munie d'un solarium bien équipé,avec toujours le panorama exceptionnel à portée de vue! Nous avons également apprécié le calme de cette maison,de part sa localisation. Il n'y a pas de climatisation,mais cela ne nous a pas semblé nécessaire grâce à la fraîcheur de la montagne. Seul bémol,la voiture est indispensable et il faut compter une bonne vingtaine de minutes pour descendre/monter de la montagne...mais on ne peut pas tout avoir : le calme,la fraîcheur,un panorama exceptionnel et tout faire à pied! René,le propriétaire, est très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute. Bref,nous vous recommandons cette location, vous ne pourrez pas être déçus!
