This is a stunning luxury home with lots of room for the whole family. It boasts 8 bedrooms, 7 baths, 5 of which are King Master Suites with private bathrooms. On the main floor, you will find 4 bedrooms; a room with King size bed and deck access, a King Master Suite with deck access, and a king room sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with the kids' room that has 2 sets of bunk beds. On the upper floor, there are 4 additional bedrooms; 2 are King Master Suites with private bathrooms, and 2 are King Master Suites with private bathrooms and private balcony access! The shared full bathroom just off the kitchen on the main floor features a tub and shower combination. Also on the main living floor, there is a living room area with a couch, and a giant 75" flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for meal prep without missing a single moment with your friends and family as there is seating for 5 at the kitchen island. The dining table accommodates seating for 8.

Heading back up to the upper floor, there is an expansive deck with seating and a custom spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop deck with breathtaking views of Palma Sola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Back downstairs, just beyond the two 2 car garages, is the backyard tropical oasis complete with deluxe heated pool, awesome waterslide, and swim-up Tiki table. There is room for everyone outside with both covered and open-air seating, multiple tables and a dry bar. Lounge by the pool while the rest of the family plays Ping Pong, Foosball, or grills up something delicious at the poolside BBQ grill.

When you are ready to venture out, it is just a short stroll to Holmes Beach or you could choose to hit up the shopping and dining on Gulf Drive. For the more adventurous, hop the free trolley to Pine Avenue or Bridge Street. Finish your day with a cocktail (or two) on the rooftop deck while you bask in the glow of a Florida sunset.
