A perfect setting to soothe the soul and recharge your batteries. Just a short trip from downtown Olympia, you will be immersed by trees and water. If your looking for a longer term place to nourish your soul this is your place. We do monthly bookings and cater to professionals in transition. The suite is a 2 bedroom lower level apartment with owners upstairs able to accommodate your every need to ensure your stay is a memorable one. We seek environmentally oriented practices and provide a scent free space that focuses on creating a space of wellness.

Lakeside retreat

We loved sitting on the porch looking at the lake, going for swims with all the amenities of home at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable. One of the highlights of our summer vacation.

Lovely stay on the lake

Such a lovely, comfortable lake suite. The lake is different each morning, breezy, foggy, sunny, quiet. The rooms are comfortable, the deck inviting, and we had a great stay near Olympia.

Great for long term stay, ideal for traveling professionals!

I am a traveling nurse who stayed at this VRBO for 3 months. The suite was really comfortable, with nice beds to choose from and plenty of linens. Updated bathroom, and GORGEOUS views. I was obsessed with the view and it made all my days off worth it. This is lake front so I went down to sit on the the edge of the dock, even in winter. It’s the quietest place I’ve ever stayed, which was great for getting good rest between shifts. Friendly deer roaming around daily. The host was amazing and checked in often to make sure I had absolutely everything I needed to feel at home. Great location, quick drive to downtown Olympia for all my needs. And perfect for hiking fans! In under an hour I always could find a breathtaking pnw hiking trail. Kitchen has no oven or dishwasher, but worked well for all my cooking needs for month's. There was also no washer or dryer, but the host quickly made easy accommodations for me and was no problem at all. This place would be so much fun in the summer with the lake, it was hard to leave, I would definitely come back! Well worth the price for the peace and relaxation! Highly recommend!

Snug and safe

Wonderful relaxing time at the lake. I lived on the deck the first three days. Then the raging wildfires in Oregon and Washington inundated our lovely refuge. Our hostess was prepared for all problems. There was a great air purifier in our unit that worked like a charm. We were snug and safe.

Comfortable, beautiful view and a fantastic host

I spent over two weeks working in the area enjoyed coming home to this lovely space after long hours of working. Here are some of the things I appreciated the most: 1. Debbie is a thoughtful, caring, welcoming and all around an excellent host. Great communication and attention to details for maximum comfort. 2. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. The lake is visible from many spots in the apartment. 3. I like to cook and the kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING that I need, including slow cooker, food processor, and even a rice cooker! 4. Special touches like fresh flowers in the bedrooms and the kitchen, snacks, coffee, tea and a welcome card with a note to let her know if I need anything. 5. An extra deep bathtub which I enjoyed after long hours on my feet. 6. One of the bedrooms can be totally dark when the french doors are closed which helps with falling asleep with the days being do long this time of the year. 7. A boat house with lots of floating vessels, a swing and lots of trees surrounding the house for privacy. I found the space full of light, comfortable and with everything that I needed. However, getting to know Debbie was the extra bonus which will bring me back every time I am in this area. Thank you Debbie for making this a great stay.
