The house of 190 m2 is well furnished and fully equipped.
Villa Parlera has 3 terraces, 6 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with single beds), living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and spa area (with Jacuzzi,sauna and small gym).
There is a billiard, a table soccer, picado and fast internet connection to make your stay more comfortable.
The villa is located on a walking distance from the sea, beach (cca 1 km ), market and local restaurants.
Around the house there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive trees, mediterranean plants, herbs and spices.
The garden offers a playground for kids with slide and swing.

The area and the nature around the house is quiet with fresh sea air.
The city of Pula is 10 km and Medulin is 2 kilometres away.

All this environment invites you for a perfect relaxing family or sporty holiday. Furthermore, we can arrange favourable transportation from/to airport or other destinations and special trips and tours of local attractions.

Lovely spacious villa ideal for family, situated within easy walking distance to local shops and sea

The Villa was very comfortable, clean and well provided as described at the time of booking. The bedrooms are separated to three areas of the villa which was great for little ones and definitely 12 could stay there without feeling on top of each other. The owner and manager responded immediately to any queries or questions and were very helpful throughout our stay. The villa is situated in a lovely village with several small shops and restaurants. The local people were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus that goes to Medulin and Pula. The sea is about 15 minutes walk. One small thing that could be improved is that we arrived about 1030pm with two small children. A welcome pack with even if it was just milk and a couple of sachets of coffee/tea would have been most welcome. We would definately stay there again

Great villa with loads of space, well equipped and looked after.

Really spacious property. Loads of spaces to escape to and to then spend time together in. From the upstairs balcony to the huge lounge area, outside built in bbq with its own fridge, a gym and sauna. Decent air con. Villa is very well equipped and beautifully clean. Busier beaches and more isolated quieter spots off the beaten track to choose from. Pula is impressive. To the north of pula is beautiful.

Viibisime seal villas kaks nädalat oma peredega.Peresid oli kokku neli, kellest 8 täiskasvanut, 1 nooruk ja 6 last. Villa on väga mugav ja kõik pered jäid väga rahule. Korruseid majas kokku kolm. Seega kes vajavad vähe rohkem privaatsust olid keldrikorruse tubades ja teised jagasime vastavalt nägemusele.Basseini kõrval hea istumisala, kust lapsi basseinis jälgida ja seal sai ka enamus aja söödud. Asukoht villal väga hea, restoran üle ukse(kus väga maitsvad toidud ja saab ka 10% igapäevaselt soodustust) pood ca 200 m,apteek ca 350 m. Pizzeria ca 500 m kus ka väga hea köök. Lähim väike linn on Medulin ja seal on õhtuti väga mõnus jalutada ja nautida ka kohalikku sööki. Suurem linn on Pula, mis on 10 km. Suurem toidu pood ca 2,5 km. Rannas käisime saarel, kuhu läheb iga natukese aja tagant paat. Meie juurest paadile mineku sihtkohta ca 3,5 km. Ühesõnaga jäime väga väga rahule ja oleksin nõus iga kell sinna tagasi minema. AITÄH! Eriline tänu ka meie nö maaklerile Ivanile, kelle kaudu võtame juba teist aastat villat horvaatias. Alati on kättesaadav ja nõustab ka alati, kuidas parem ja kuhu parem minna.
