Welcome to Palm Paradise! Enjoy this spacious, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with breathtaking lake and sunset views, offering a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and a game room complete with pool table and darts. It offers secluded spots for morning coffee. With four bedrooms, including two king-size, and 2.5 baths, this home is perfect for multiple families/friends and pets ($150 pet fee). Set on a corner lot, there's plenty of space for boat or RV parking. Just 10 minutes from the lake.

This spacious home boasts tile flooring, solar-heated pool and spa, and a 2-car garage with RV/boat parking monitored by a Ring security camera. It features French door entry and wheelchair-accessible ramp. Sleeps 10 comfortably, with a game room, 6 TVs, and high-speed internet. The large backyard offers amazing sunset views, an outdoor kitchen, pool/spa, and a fire pit. Security features include 2 Ring cameras (one on the side of the garage and another by the pool equipment facing the gate) as well as a Ring doorbell. Pet-friendly with tile flooring and a fully fenced backyard.

The master suite features a Cal. King bed and sliding glass doors to a covered patio. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom has another Cal. King bed. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds and toys for kids.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining, with a 55" flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances.

Solar panels heat the pool and spa, with propane heating available at an extra cost. Bath and pool towels are provided, along with extra bedding in each bedroom.

There is a 2-night minimum stay with 3 nights minimum for holiday weekends.

Best get-away!!

The home was amazing! The outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, game room were truly appreciated by our family. Plenty of room, house was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Best of all... our host, Mary. She was very responsive and caring. What a blessing she was to us!!!

Everything we needed

First and foremost, Mary was an amazing host. The communication prior, during, and after our stay was on point. The table umbrella was broken on arrival. Mary was quick to get replacements delivered to the house. Her instructions were simple to follow and helped make our stay that much smoother. Mary was very personable and quick to respond. The house was exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of quality cookware, light switches were labeled so there was no guessing, the outdoor kitchen was definitely put to use. We traveled with family, a group of 9 ranging from ages 17-60's. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and game room. The extra fridge and garage access was a plus. The pool was clean and the filter system was quick to remove any loose leaves. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality back towels and beach towels. The only thing was that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. When walking barefoot, it showed on the soles of your feet. But, with so much traffic and lake days, it can be expected. Overall, we would definitely recommend and would love to book again for our annual family trip. Thank you, Mary!

Following a visit to Lake Havasu City in June 2017, I felt an instant connection and knew that I wanted to invest in property here. The allure of the magnificent lake, the warm hospitality of the locals, the abundance of activities, and the quaint small-town atmosphere captivated me. Hailing from rural Colorado, where I reside with my family and grandchildren, I appreciate the tranquility of the countryside. However, the chilly winters of Colorado make Lake Havasu City the ideal winter retreat for us.

Being a host enables me to share my space and hospitality with others, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. It's a chance to connect with people, foster new friendships, cultivate settings for lasting memories, and contribute positively to the lives of others.

Recent upgrades include a revamped exterior, transitioning from a block-style facade to an inviting stucco/Sante Fe aesthetic.
