About this property

Elegant and comfortable apartment at the first floor WITH ELEVATOR of a palace of XVI century, in the historical centre of Florence.
Authorized by the Municipality of Florence and managed directly by the owners (no travel agency!).
The apartment has a really spacious feel - 70 sq metres - and it’s perfect for 2/4 persons.
It has been recently restored with care and well equipped with all the needs for a comfortable living (free internet WiFi , heating, air conditioning, iron, hair-dryer), but maintaining the characteristics of the typical Florentine house with an ancient wooden beamed ceiling.
The kitchen is fully equipped also with dishwasher, owen, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4 flames, coffee maker, toaster and mixer.
In the large livingroom there are 2 sofas (including 1 new large and confortable sofabed suitable for 2 adults), where is possible to relax and watch the big smart TVled 42".
The romantic bedroom with kingsize bed (160x200) is separated to the livingroom by an aisle to ensure the privacy.
In the nice bathroom there is a big shower.
The livingroom and the bedroom open onto the terrace equipped with a little table and chairs.
A particular house entrance with sofa completes the property.
The apartment is located between Santa Croce and Sant'Ambrogio quarters, in a very typical lively area plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants frequented almost by locals.
However, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful, which is very rare in the centre of Florence.
Walking distance to all major tourist sights, as Santa Croce Church, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Statue of David, Ponte Vecchio etc, It is also 2 minutes away from the old covered food market of Sant'Ambrogio (where it's possible to buy typical products) and the Antiques Market "Mercato delle Pulci".
Agreement with trattoria I Fratellini (near the apartment) for a discount of 10% for our guests.
The flat is no-smoking. Not pets allowed.

A lovely appartment, about 15 mins walk away from the Dome and close to local shops.

The whole booking process was very easy and efficient with prompt confirmatory emails. The appartment is near to Santa Croce Basilica (5 mins walk) and about 10/15 mins walk from Santa Maria del Fiore (dome). The appartment is in a traditional area with several good quality coffee shops and cafes nearby. There is also a good supermarket, less than 10 mins walk away and a bus stop 100m away. The appartment itself has a lift which opens up opposite the appartment entrance door. The appartment is high roofed, spacious and in good decorative state. The sofas are comfortable, as too is the bed and we felt very commfortable in the appartment. There is a large TV (which we didn't use). The wifi was very good with good speeds and no down time. The bathroom was also very good. There was sufficient equipment in the kitchen for simple meals but again we only used the kitchen for breakfast as there were plenty of eatting out options, having the dish-washer was also great. In summary a really commfortable appartment, well located and one I would be delighted to use again and/or recommend.

Gorgeous apartment great location

A wonderful stay in Florence. I'm a return visitor to the apartment. Comfortable, clean and lovely owners. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a break in this beautiful city.

Great Location

We stayed here for a week and the appartment has everything you need .Great location plenty restaurants and cafe bars and 10 minutes walk into centre. Bed was comfy got a good night sleep .Owners even booked our taxi for coming back to airport which we nearly slept in for and had a rush on lol .Would stay again if we go back to Florence.

Lovely stay in beautiful Florence

A lovely apartment in a good location, very close to Santa Croc and well placed for all the sights of Florence. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. The only improvement would be a larger sofa bed in the lounge as it was a very small one.
