2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment set in an exclusive private residence

Set in the exclusive Croix des Gardes area of Cannes, this impressive property enjoys a private residents’ swimming pool and tennis courts.

The south-facing balcony offers a stunning vista of the Cannes seafront, with views stretching from the Lerins islands to Theoule.

The apartment is within 400 meters of a bakery, small supermarket, newsagent and restaurant.

The center of Cannes, the Croisette seafront and the old port are all within a leisurely 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Nearby are the golf courses of Mandelieu and Mougins.

Access to the A8 motorway is a ten minute drive, with easy access to Nice airport, Monaco and the many other special places along the Riviera.

Car is not required however if you are renting a vehicle, ample free parking is available.

Can you eat on your Balcony?

Sure. Only thing you can't do is barbecue or cook on the balcony. We've got a table and some chairs on the balcony.

Is it easy to walk to the beach?

Super easy. If you check Google Maps, you'll see the beach is 5-10 minute walk from the flat. You can then walk alongside the beach all the way to the center of Cannes and beyond.

Is there internet in the flat?

Yes. And in case you need it, the password for the WiFi is HICANNES

Does the apartment come with bed linen and towels?

Yes, bed linen and bath towels can be rented at a reasonable additional cost. Pool/beach towels are not supplied.

Is the car parking allocated?

Yes - we have our own allocated car parking place.

What if there is a problem?

The concierge within the building will be available to assist if there are any problems during your stay.

Our family have owned this flat since the early 1990s, when we fell in love with Cannes.

We come to Cannes regularly which allows us to ensure the flat is in perfect condition to make your stay (and ours) a memorable one.

We fell in love with the exclusive residence, so close to the beach and to Cannes, yet with all the amenities of a private residence, such as a swimming pool, tennis courts and a quiet(er) surroundings.

The combination of relaxed life on the beaches and lively city with non-stop nightlife, ritzy bars, fine restaurants and shopping makes Cannes a very attractive place for a holiday.

The beaches of Cannes are great, white-sandy, clear green waters, and a great view.

All beaches are cleaned every morning.

You can find the plenty of public beaches with no fee. The Plages du Midi boast some of the cleanest and broadest areas of beach.

At the beach there are several bars and restaurangs ready to serve you a drink, a snack or lunch.

You will usually find good weather until mid October.

Compared to other parts of the riviera, Cannes is a city that never sleeps and off season does not really exist, thanks for Cannes position as a festival and congress center.

You can be sure to find something to do even in the winter. Music events, art exhibitions, etc.

Close to the water front, at la Croisette – Expensive to Mega expensive.

Next street, Rue d’Antibes, running parallel to la Croisette – A fantastic place to shop.

Further up from the beach we have Rue Meynadier – Far from the designer shops and luxury boutiques on La Croisette. Still you can find some good shops and boutiques of every kind. It is also less expensive.

And now a few things to do and see!

- A glass of wine or a cup of tea at Carlton.

- Just a fifteen minute boat ride from Le Vieux Port in Cannes and you get to ‘île Saint-Honorat or île Sainte-Marguerite

- Are you traveling with children who are not amused to walk every street? Take a trip with “the small tourist and cinema train”. Starting point : Palais des Festivals, beach side.

- How about walking in a forest? The Croix des Gardes park overlooks Cannes with its beautiful landscape and the flowers smell so good!

A slow evening walk on the beach to watch the sun set behind the Esterel Mountains.

Great apartment in Cannes

This large apartment has an amazing view of the Cannes bay area. It easily accommodates 4 adults or a large family. We have stayed there twice and everything from the facilities to the logistics work perfectly.

The 25 m pool is fantastic; especially at 8am when you are usually alone there. At least my wife says so - I prefer to sleep a little longer during holidays.

The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and the restaurants in Cannes and Mandelieu are only a short drive or bus- or taxi-ride away. If you are too lazy to go anywhere the terrasse is large enough for a home made lunch or supper based on the local delicacies.

We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Apartment

Our family stayed at this apartment for four nights. The location was perfect, very close to the center of Cannes but very quiet. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The large, open doors created a natural breeze throughout the apartment that kept it cool and comfortable. This apartment was quite spacious and easily accommodated our family. The kitchen was well-equipped. The grounds were immaculate. We highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the near future.

Lovely flat, clean, well priced and well situated

This is the third time we stay in this flat. It is always clean and easy to arrange key pick up and drop off. Price is very reasonable given the flat's size, the pool (it's private for residents only) and the tennis courts.

The internet was fast and included in the price which I very much liked.

Absolutely wonderful apartment..

This is truly a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to my friends and relatives.

It's spacious, modern and beautifully clean with lots of room and really well maintained. The view across the bay is fantastic. With a front and rear balcony, you have the sunshine and views all day long.

It's facilities are first class.

There is a swimming pool and tennis facilities which are great for those who like to exercise! There is ample car parking.

The property is 5 minutes away by car or bus to the centre of Cannes and even less to La Bocca. So always lots of shops, bars and restaurant not very far away.

We loved it so much that we are returning again this year!

Clean, great location, will definitely return.

We have stayed in this Cannes flat twice already, once on our own and once with our children (14 and 17).

The flat is extremely well located, a few minutes walk to the beach and to little convenience stores nearby. No problem parking in the premise.

The swimming pool and the tennis courts are a bonus which my wife and I enjoy very much.

Communications with the owners were friendly and timely. Flat is well cleaned and equipped with everything we needed, especially kitchen-wise.

Only comment is that the Sky TV does not include Sky Movies channels or some of the Sky Sports channels, however it does include most other UK channels.

Given the weekly rates are reasonable we have already booked another week in 2014.
