The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 people plus a Bar between the Kitchen and Dining Area for casual dining or extra seating. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk area with private door and TV's in each bunk for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen New 55" Smart TV with Netflix and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. Spring break escape

The condo was a great getaway for our spring break. Our daughter was here for a dance competition and the location was less than 5 minutes away! The condo had all the perfect necessities to take down to the beach. We loved it here and will come back!

The Perfect Getaway!

The pictures on Vrbo do not do this condo justice! It is perfectly sized for 5 or 6 people (we had 5 in our group). Everything is in great condition and very clean! The kitchen had everything imaginable from ample place settings to pots and pans, a blender, Crockpot, you name it! There was also plenty of beach items including chairs and a wagon, umbrella, buckets, shovels, and a boogie board. Even the pillows on the bed were a little firm, which is typically not the case but absolutely perfect for us! Evelyn was an incredible hostess who communicated everything necessary in a timely manner. She was amazing to work with and wanted to make sure that our vacation was the best that it could possibly be! The location of the condo is amazing from the views from the balcony to the walk to the pool and beach. My in-laws enjoyed the condo's proximity to an elevator and we all loved not having to worry about carrying a key or key card since everything is done by code. Our 6 year-old had plenty to do in the condo in the evenings since there are many books to read, DVDs to watch, puzzles to complete, and games to play! I could not recommend this condo enough. The only issue is that we had to leave! :)

Highly recommend this unit, great views, easy beach, access, and very comfortable amenities. The bunkbeds with two separate TVs were a hit at bedtime.

The condo was Amazing!! If U have small children…. Waterscapes is the place to go!! Kids have plenty to do and Mom & Dad get a break!! They cater to Mom & Dad as well!! Plenty of great places to eat close!!

We are the Leist's and have been married over 55 years and recently moved to AL. We are originally from North Miami, Florida and have always considered Florida our home. We have owned other condos at Waterscape and have not only enjoyed renting them but take great pleasure in using them ourselves with our family and friends. As our family has grown we decided to sell the one bedroom units we owned and buy a 2 bedroom so we will have more room when we go with the grandkids. We take great pleasure in sharing our little piece of paradise with you

Why they chose this property

We fell completely in love with the awesome view. Nothing is more peaceful and tranquil then spending time watching the waves in the ocean and smelling the salt air. We love the way both Master Suites and the living area all flow out to the balcony facing the Gulf and the Okaloosa Fishing Pier.

What makes this property unique

Waterscape provides a variety of activities for any age. There is a toddler splash pool, a heated pool, a zero entry pool with lily pads plus the lazy river. All that and the Beach just steps away. Life just doesn't get any better.....Stay out all day and order lunch at the Tike Bar. Summer time provides lots of supervised activities for the kids, even an outdoor movie night. Watch the fireworks right from your balcony!
