Tucked away on a quaint little farm just east of Bradenton, 15 minutes to shopping, and 45 minutes to the beach is the perfect, affordable getaway. Combining the old Florida feel with a fresh, tropical flair, you will love all this vacation rental has to offer. You will feel like you are home the minute you enter this adorable studio guest home boasting a full kitchen/living area, full bathroom with shower, and queen sized bed. This studio "barnominium" sits atop the cleanest barn in Florida that's home to two mini donkeys and two mini horses, as well as 20 chickens, 3 rabbits and 3 dogs (gopher tortoises and duck families are a bonus as well). Fresh eggs will be delivered to your door upon request, courtesy of our happy hens. Sit on your balcony and gaze across the pond stocked with fresh fish, out onto the farm view. Had a bad day? Snuggle one of our sweet donkeys, always ready to make you happy (and them too). From the beamed ceilings to the peace and quiet that your tourist traps can't provide, you will never want to leave. Peacful country Perfect

This place was a perfect quiet country peacful place with the most friendly animals and hosts. I went exploring all over during the day with many choices of things to do in the area and retreated to a comfy quiet studio at night. Thank you for a great vacation.

Studio above a stable

I stayed here for the month of February and chose it because of location to family and affordability. I was not disappointed! It is located on the owners property but the family was not intrusive nor I to their privacy. Perfect place in the quiet country.

amazing place and amazing family

This peaceful family farm and genuine kind host and a surreal environment was so peaceful. so amazing a couple of kittens or ponies or maybe chickens always came by to say hello everyday.I will always want to stay here when i come to Florida .
