Calvario Vista is a characterful villa that occupies one of the most stunning spots in the old town of Pollensa.

One of the most striking aspects of this villa is undoubtedly the breathtaking view it offers. Perched discreetly on the Calvario Mountain, which is home to the famous 365 steps, the extensive views of the surrounding countryside and Tramuntana Mountain range make it easy to forget you are in the heart of a historic Mallorcan town.

The villa is homely and welcoming, being decorated in a classical Mallorcan style. The large patio door in the living area looks straight out onto the private pool, with the Tramuntana providing a spectacular backdrop. Bright and classical furnishings and accessories spice up the neutral colour scheme.

The well-equipped country kitchen also has access to an outside dining area that must provide one of the best places to enjoy a meal on the island.

The master bedroom is also on the main level and features fitted wardrobes, a large en-suite bathroom, and five large windows. The view from the bedroom creates the effect of the windows being more like picture frames, featuring some of the most spectacular landscapes around.

A spiral staircase leads downstairs to the second bedroom, which boasts its own separate living area and en-suite. The final bedroom is located through its own independent entrance, and also features its own seating area and en-suite.

As you spend time in Calvario Villa it soon becomes apparent that the whole architectural design has been geared towards maximising its unique location, bringing some of the best views on the island into your home.

The old town of Pollensa is just a short walk away. It’s a great place to spend time exploring the many small alleyways and discovering hidden treasures amongst the coffee shops and attractions. It is easy to see why it has become the favourite place for so many artists and poets over the decades, with many small independent artists still living here.

This property is amazing with incredible breathtaking views across the Valley. Plenty of room and wonderful facilities for alfresco dining. The hairaising ascent to the submit in order to get to the property was worthwhile when you just sit back relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Beautiful farm surrounded by lush vegetation, Near the house there is a XVIII century chapel inside which we can enjoy an image of Christ of the thirteenth century, we can increase or decrease its 365 steps connecting the ordeal with the people. you can also enjoy a sunset in its magnificent terraces overlooking the north wind.

In Pollensa can enjoy a wide Mallorcan gastronomy.
