Family Spring Break Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and loved the location of this rental. Everything was great...service and communication with the staff was excellent. The house was very well appointed and furnished, and there were plenty of towels, which was awesome. The public beach access was very limited, though, as there were private areas that restricted the space and this is a very popular access, so getting a good spot on beach with plenty of space was tough....get down there early. This does not reflect on the rental, just a suggestion for future renters. The only thing we wish was different was the TV situation in the house. TVs were antiquated and without TV guide and smart capability. We are TV people and enjoy watching in the evening and before bed. Limited channels, guide viewing and streaming capabilities made catching a good show or movie difficult. Would recommend making this upgrade to better enhance the vacation experience.But the Royal Destination team provided an excellent service and were great communicators and we would highly recommend them.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious! We loved this house!

Excellent house and location

Impressive property. Clean. Support staff was great. You can reach the beach with a sling shot. No need to pay +20% or more to be exactly on the beach. Pool was nice after a day at the beach. AC kept up day and night.

A few things not working, some bugs & very crowded beach

The cleanliness of the property was ok at best. The icemaker did not work, the air thermostat didn't appear to be accurate and inconsistent and the beach access was either taken up with private property or umbrella and chair rental h. Very crowded to say the least. The property was a nice layout and close to the beach. Overall, the property was nice but needs some attention to detail.

The overall was okay need to do some maintenance work on the house as there were light,broken porch tiles and the dryer didn't work properly, we had an enjoyable time except for the rain but you have no control over that. Would recommend to anyone to stay at one of your properties. Thanks again.
