Located in town, within walking distance to downtown (10-minute walk). Next to wetland and perimeter trail. Across the street from playground and basketball court. Great home for sharing with 2 families. Home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Large gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Kitchen has lots of extras (Vitamix, Italian espresso machine, good knives, etc.).
Backyard has large patio, outside table and Weber BBQ.
Double car garage. No pets please. Strictly non-smoking house. Event or party must be pre-approved. 10pm quiet hours.
Suitable for 2 families. 2 separate stair cases within the house.
Next to trails for easy walking and running.

BC Trip

Great place to stay, super clean!, lots of room, great little neighborhood; location is great and very centrally located to all activities and town. We floated the Bulkley a number of days so easy access to boat ramps. Jennifer and her family made us feel very welcome and communication was outstanding. I would highly recommend. Thank Jen and Ryan for opening up your home.

Wonderful stay

We had an excellent time! This is a beautiful spacious home that suited our needs perfectly for our two families (8 people in total). Enough space to be staying together and enjoying each other’s company but not in each other’s hair 😃 Thanks Chapmans!

Beautiful house, beautiful location!

What a great place to stay! We were so lucky to find this gem. It's an absolute stunning home in perhaps the nicest neighborhood in Smithers. Easy walking distance to shopping or to enjoy a delicious meal at one of Smithers' fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed exploring the Perimeter Trail just steps from the house. This was our second trip to Smithers, and were blown away again by the gorgeous scenery and the limitless outdoor recreational opportunities just minutes from town. We can't wait for our next visit to the lovely Bulkley Valley. We'd be very happy to stay again in this comfortable home!
