The home is within walking distance to Sun Ridge Canyon Golf Club which is a 6,823 yard, par 71, Keith Foster designed golf course for more info you can go to Fountain Hills is known for its walking park and pond with its Fountain that goes off every hour for roughly 5 minutes. There are plenty of art festivals, outdoor markets and walking shopping in the area. Otherwise Fountain Hills is only 15-20 minutes from Scottsdale, Mesa or Tempe areas.

Keep the MAIN Front Door to courtyard locked it blows open. Sticky pads are by the door please keep them by the door. Keep Court yard gate locked.
Please do not move or rearrange any furniture or decorative items. AND Keep all patio doors and windows closed. AZ has critters we want to keep out!

Great Location Near Scottsdale
Our family enjoyed the stay in Fountain Hills. The house was well suited for 6 of us with the three bedrooms and casita. Location was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed Fountain Hills. House was close to the six golf courses we played. Pool and spa were great. House was very comfortable, including the beds, for all of us. Felt like a resort. Would recommend this home for a group stay. Owner very responsive and check in/check out easy.

Beautiful home!
This house exceeds expectations! Enough room for our family and great outdoor space for swimming and relaxing. We absolutely loved our time here and will be coming back! The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. You’ll find all the creature comforts you need in this house.

Perfect New Years Eve!
This property was perfect for us - 2 couples and with 2 adult children. The house was so beautiful -- big enough that we could enjoy cooking together, playing games, relaxing in the beautiful hot tub/pool, celebrating family and the new year and everyone had their own bathroom!! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the bedding so comfortable and amenities were perfect. The location was ideal -- close to golf, hiking, dining. shopping and an easy drive to Sodona - which is not to be missed. Finally, Stephanie was very responsive and easy to work with! We all agreed we would rent this house again -- and we are extensive VRBO users with a high bar!

Wonderful home
My wife and I came out to this wonderful property for some peace and quiet. It surely didn’t disappoint. The backyard pool and spa were exactly what we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and definitely private. The home was very spacious. We would definitely come back here numerous times.
