New Years Weekend

NYE weekend with my brother, sis in law, & 2 dogs. We had a wonderful time. Cabin was beautiful & fit our needs perfectly. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs.

Beautiful home and super hosts

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. We found everything as was stated on VRBO. It was a beautiful home, spotlessly clean and the host was always available for questions to be answered. The fireplace was wonderful and it was well used. The host even left a bottle of wine. A very wonderful stay. Thank you.

Practically perfect in every way

My husband and I, with our 2 friends (and our pup!) had a wonderful long weekend in this cabin. It was spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need was available and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable. We had a snowy weekend, and the fireplace was warm a d cozy. A special treat was the fire was set, ready just for a match … what a thoughtful touch! Plenty of wood and fire starting materials available. We didn’t use it, but the outside deck was lovely. Even with the snow, our pup loved the fully fenced yard. I highly recommend this cabin, I know we’ll be back. The owners were easy to communicable with, helpful and available. We had a wonderful time!

Homey, clean & comfortable respite in the woods

Wonderful cabin with a true mountain cabin-feel, roomy, comfy, amazingly clean with many thoughtful touches, like welcoming wine, and bottled water in the fridge (which we really needed on a long hike, having forgotten our water bottle). Woodsy location in the trees, walkable to the cool Alpaca Cafe for breakfast. Great host. Plus, a large, super equipped cook's kitchen!

About the host

Here are a few my favorite things: cooking, traveling, sewing, being in nature surrounded by trees, and hosting family and friends. I always dreamed of having a Bed and Breakfast, this is the first step towards getting there. For now through VRBO I am able to open our house for others to enjoy. In the future I look forward to running our current home as a B&B.

Close to town, the almost 1/2 acre property is surrounded by beautiful pine, sequoia and fruit trees as well as wild life. Very private and spacious deck fully furnished with umbrellas and BBQ. Safely fenced for pets to roam around.
