Charming detached 4 bedroomed villa on 2 levels with private pool situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of Moraira. This charming detached villa close to Moraira has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms arranged over 2 floors with a spiral staircase for internal access. Entrance to lower floor is via sliding patio doors into the spacious beamed lounge with 2 sofas and large flat screen TV (Wifi) with dining area off that seats 8 and leads to the curved kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor 1 with king size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle which can also be accessed from the hall and a twin bedded room. The upper floor comprises of 2 further bedrooms 1 twin, 1 double and 2 more bathrooms 1 en-suite. There is a comfortable lounge and a kitchenette and an outside naya with lovely views over the pool terrace. The pool terrace is split level with plenty of room for outside dining. Plenty of off road parking.

Notes:
The villa is approached by a quiet road with a gentle slope, a few steps separate the split level terrace and there are stairs to the upper floor but the lower floor is easily accessed from the flat entrance drive. The pool terrace is split level with plenty of room for outside dining, with brick built BBQ, Shaded naya for loungers. Plenty of off road parking. Moraira town and Moraira beach are a simple walk of just above 10 minutes, or 2 minutes by car. The blue flag beach in Moraira is perfect for families with young children and there is also the lovely smaller beach at El Portet.

A Fantastic Villa

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this villa in Moraira and would not hesitate to stay there again. It is well situated within a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre (it is at the top of a short hill). The villa itself was probably the best we have stayed in. It is arranged with the main kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor along with two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and with two further bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) upstairs. But there is also a small kitchenette and lounge area upstairs so that, if you are travelling in a group (we had 3 generations of our family), there can be some privacy if needed. Inside the villa all was good and the outside area, both on ground level and upstairs, was lovely. Great pool too. We had a great holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

The main beach in the pretty resort of Moraira, with its picturesque marina and clear shallow water still remains one of the most unspoilt, smaller intimate resorts on the north Costa Blanca and is just a 2 minute walk. Javea Golf Club is a 20 min drive, Ifach Golf Club in Moraira approx. 15 minutes and there is the La Sella Golf Complex near Denia, approx. 30 minute drive. Car is not essential whilst you are staying in Moraira but there are many other interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular beach resorts of Javea, Altea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast. Moraira is a picturesque coastal town in a bay on the South-Eastern coast of Spain. It is nestled between the resorts of Javea and Calpe. Once a sleepy fishing village, Moraira is a popular holiday destination for European visitors staying in holiday villas in Moraira. Moraira's property is also sought after by its loyal following from Spain. Surrounded by Costa Blanca’s beautiful mountains, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters. Moraira’s impressive marina is at the centre of its life with plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants. In fact some of the restaurants are highly recommended with menus for all tastes. Much of Moraira’s original character remains untouched due to strict planning laws, ensuring that the town is not over-developed. The area has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful un-spoilt scenery. In the evenings there is a great relaxed night-life with locals and visitors coming together to enjoy the many restaurants and bars. On your Moraira villa holiday it is recommended you hire a car to really appreciate the area’s beauty and many activities and excursions. As well as Moraira and Javea there are some fantastic towns and villages locally by: Calpe, Denia Altea, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Alicante. Moraira and Javea both have weekly open markets selling an array of local produce such as fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh (and silk) flowers, local specialities, clothes, rugs, leather goods, pottery and souvenirs. There is probably a local market you can visit every day of the week in the area if you wished. There are many excellent golf courses in this area of Costa Blanca. Many visitors come to the Moraira and Javea area for a golfing holiday. Along with golf there’s a large array of sports available including squash, horse-riding, football and go-kart. On or in the water there are some great water-sports as well as boat trips and boat hire. There are numerous Fiestas to enjoy throughout the year in Spain. The most popular months are April, June, July and November.
