The Penthouse sleeps groups of up to fifteen people in comfort with panoramic views across Edinburgh. With a social space containing a large dining table for up to 16 guests and generous living area why split up your group over smaller hotel rooms when you can relax together under one roof?!

The Penthouse comprises of four bedrooms (three of which are en suite and a fourth separate bathroom). The open plan kitchen, dining and living area provides enough seating for up to 16 guests in comfort. The kitchen contains enough utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery for your group as well as basic cooking equipment.

About Shauna

I have lived in Edinburgh up until recently so am able to advise on anything that will make your stay with us special! I have worked in management in hotels and restaurants in Edinburgh for many years, however am currently seeking out a new adventure in London. My colleague Anita is based in Edinburgh to help you when you arrive at the property.

Living in this area myself for a long time shows my love for the area! The property is only a short bus or taxi journey from the City Centre but also has everything you need in Leith itself. From Michelin-star restaurants to Edinburgh's biggest indoor shopping centre only a short walk away Leith is a vibrant area with plenty to see and do.

The Penthouse offers great self-catering accommodation for larger groups without sacraficing on living space. We have maximised the area to ensure there is plenty of room for you and your guests to spend time together in the apartment as well as enjoying everything that Edinburgh has to offer.

Clean, spacious, organized and great location.

Fantastic room for group. Close to city and public transportation. Parking available if needed. Some delays in communication with owner up front, but everything eventually cleared up. Blinds need repaired for full closure at night...minor problem. Overall a wonderful room and holiday.

The apartment was fantastic! Perfect setting for a great Hen weekend.

The apartment was great, great open plan area suited our hen weekend perfectly. We had a gin tasting on Friday evening and so the counter and table worked wonderfully. The Cable to the tv and wifi also made our Mr and Mrs game work perfectly.

Could I ask that instructions are left for the dishwasher, or made readily available. (We tried to put a load on and ended up washing the whole load by hand).

The water in two of the bathrooms ran brown after a while and so cut down the number of showers we could use. Which for 14 ladies getting ready increased our time to get dressed.

If more toilet roll could be left, it would also be helpful.
