We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend much time but reasonable price and Sandra kept it clean. She was very easy to communicate with and was readily available. I did not like that we had to pay for an extra parking spot and the location was kind to sketchy but that could be from me just not knowing the area. Overall it’s a good stay

Supwr nice place!

Sandra was amazing at instructions and answering my emails. We had no problems. I enjoyed the sound machines. Now i need one 😆 great location!

Nice place

I would have rated it a five but there was no spare tp, no extra blankets (it was very cold outside) and no coffee. It is a cute place and nicely done. The host is awesome!

We find that there is a need for reasonable accommodations for people who travel to Denton for just a few days, be it to check out schools, visiting family members or going to local events. We have this property which traditionally has been rented to long term tenants and decided to remodel it and furnish it for visiting guests.
