This is the perfect place for you who don’t want to be disturbed of calls, texts or emails cause here up in the mountains of Acqua Santa there are very low mobile connection. This means that only on the property’s balcony there are a some mobile connection, just because of that you can still make calls, sent text or emails.

So if you want to rental a property where you dont have to think about all the stuff back home or work, this is the place for you.

The holiday home on the 1st floor is a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment of 100 sq meters with tile flooring and large windows. The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, with a total of 5 beds.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa placed in front of a beautiful fireplace. There is an open kitchen in connection with the living room, which contains new refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, stove / oven, and all necessary cookware. The apartment’s open dining room contains a large flat screen TV installed with international and national satellite channels. There is access to a large marble covered balcony, which follows around the west side of the apartment and here from can be enjoyed an incredibly beautiful view over the magnificent mountain landscape.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed specially designed with the bottom part as a double bed and therefore this room can be used as both a children's and adult bedroom.

Finally, the apartment contains an especially marble designed bathroom with floor heating and a modern shower cabin.

Acquasanta Terme: Is a municipality in the Ascoli Piceno Province, located in the Marche region of Italy, 170 km northeast of Rome, 90 km south of Ancona and about 15km southwest of the town Ascoli Piceno. Acquasanta Terme is bordering the following municipalities: arquata del Tronto, Ascoli Piceno, Monte Gallo, Roccafulvione, Valle Castellana.

In a census in 2004 the municipality had a population of 3,302 inhabitants spread over 138 km2. The population of Acquasanta Terme was sharply reduced in 50s and 60s, as many moved to larger cities in the context of Italy's major modernization period from 1960-1968.

Acquasanta Terme consists of 54 small villages, however, many among these are small clusters of houses located in the mountainous area and is therefore generally too small to be designated as villages.

The Acquasanta Terme area is well known for the mineral-rich thermal baths, which attracts many tourists from all over the world. In the last decade, this rural area has become an interesting "hot spot". Adventurous tourists travel to the town in order to experience a fantastic unspoiled nature and rich wildlife in a protected national park with a gigantic mountain area.

Many of the old castles and properties in Acquasanta's villages are now carefully restored and serve as holiday homes, which attracts many tourists from around the world with a taste for a holiday in beautiful nature with high quality and with lots of soul, culture and history.

The National park: In the kingdom of the mythical Sibyl mountains was established in 1993 in order to protect the environment, promote sustainable socioeconomic development, as well as to create a beautiful park full of magic, history, nature and local culture. The Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park is one of the largest protected areas in Europe. which stretches over 3 regions, 5 provinces and with a population of an estimated 16,000 inhabitants.

The park covers an area of 150,000 hectares and it consists of three mountain ranges: the Gran Sasso d `Italia, Laga massif and Monti Gemelli. However, the park characteristic are also the high mountain Appenies, Corno Grande (2,912 meters), as well as the "The Calderon", which is the most southern glacier in Europe.

The wildlife in the park is also very interesting and consist of precious spicies such as royal eagle, peregrine falcon, wild cat, wolf, roe deer, wild horses, goshawk, chirocephalus Marchesonil (a small shellfish living exclusively in the lake of Pilato) ect. Remarkable is also the park's charming historic and architectural evidence, which goes from Prehistory to Renaissance. Historical villages, castles, churches, ceramics, paintings etc. is someting, which all can be discovered in the park.

Gastronomy in Marche: The Marche region is a perfect place to visit if you enjoy fine Italian wine and quality homemade food. Due to the regions perfect location, Marche offers a great variety of food, which includes various agriculture products from the mountain areas, as well as fresh seafood from the Adriatic coast. The use of fresh, top quality materials assembled with the minimum of fuss marks marchigiano food and dishes are strictly based on tradition and local produce. Each local area has its distinctive 'cucina tipica' and this is a brief introduction to the Marche gastronomy.

The mountain area in the Marche region is known for agricultural products such as; Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale (highly prized white veal), black truffles, wild mushrooms, herbs, large green beans, Marroni chestnuts as well as a great variety of fruits. Hence, by the Marche Adriatic coast a vide selection of fresh fish and seafood is available, including lobster, which is relatively rare in Italy.

Many different meet products can be enjoyed in Marche, including salami, salsiccia, smoked ham, mortadella and salt-cured ham. Local meet dishes of rabbit, wild pork, lamb and beef either grilled or cooked by traditional recipes are also a great part of the local cucina tipica. Furthermore, the region is well known for their pecorino cheese (cheep milk cheese), which is locally produced in Acquasanta Terme.

The main part of the Marche gastronomy involves pasta dishes cooked with the local meet products and seafood. However, home made lasagne, cannelloni, gnocchi, risotto and polenta by splendid traditional recipes are also primo piatto (first dish).

It is a fact that people in Le Marche enjoy their wine and consumes the most wine per capita of any region in Italy. The Marche devotes about sixty thousand acres to grapevines and it ranks 12th among the 20 Italian regions. About 38% of the wine production is red, leaving 62% for white. The region produces 13 DOC wines. DOC stands for Denominazione di Origine Controllata, which may be translated as Denomination of Controlled Origin, presumably a high-quality wine. Conero and Vernaccia di Serrapetrona are DOCG wines, in which the G stands for Garantita, but there is no guarantee that these wines are truly superior. About 20% of wine from The Marche carries the DOC or DOCG designation. The Marche is home to about two and a half dozen major and secondary grape varieties, with a few more white varieties than red ones.

Furthermore, there are many wine producers in the Marche region world famous for their fine wine. It is possible for the holiday guests to visit the wine farms located in small towns as for instance, Offide, Castorano, Controguerra, and Colonnella in order to get a wine tasting tour in the fabulous world of Marche wine.
