New apartment, located on the Avenida da República in Vila Nova de Gaia. Located in a 15th floor of a modern building with great views of the city, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto with magnificent sun exposure.

This modern 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is new. It is located in the heart of the city, the modern area of Vila Nova de Gaia, 3 minutes from the center of Porto by surface MTR. Ideal for holidays or short breaks and also a great place to live.

It features a large living room with great views of the city and a graceful balcony. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 46-inch LCD TV, cable TV with over 150 channels and free wireless internet access 50 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment, and utensils needed. It also has a laundry room.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing sleep. One room is a suite with full bath. Leave the car and visit Porto on foot

Large apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable. Could have done with information regarding what to see and where to empty the rubbish. The white covers on the settee and dining chairs really are impractical and look shabby. Fifteen minute walk from the river. Tram just outside and supermarket opposite. The rain and fog didn’t put us off. El Corte Ingles do tourist menu for €6.25. We were given the name of a restaurant just off the main tourist drag - the rainbow “‘ mostly locals eat here as did we twice.

Fantastic place, fantastic owner

We are 3 retired friends travelling through Portugal by car. Porto and this apartment was our first stop. The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, bright, well equipped with very comfortable beds. The location was ideal for us. There was a supermarket across the road which was open till 21.30. It met our daily needs. The metro station was within walking distance which made visiting the centre of Porto extremely easy. We came by car and the underground car park took the stress of finding a parking space away. The lift from the car park took us directly to the 15th floor with all our luggage. Access to the main roads out of Porto was close by which meant that we were not losing time stuck in traffic jams when driving out of Porto. Among others we drove to Coimbra, Guimaraes and the Peneda-Geres National Park. It was a pleasure to drive as roads are in a very good condition and are fairly empty. The owner was very professional and made the whole booking, arrival and departure problem free. Overall we had a lovely holiday and I would certainly recommend this place without reservation. Thank you Mr Loureiro for a memorable stay.

Excellent. Superb : 5/5

The 15th Floor (with lift) apartment in Villa Nova Gaia (Gaia) is as advertised, and more! Clean, Comfortable, Modern, Quiet, Spacious, and Well-Equipped, it was an excellent base for our party of three (23yr-57yrs) and our 2-weeks’ forays into the Porto and surrounding areas! The East & South-facing balcony (long & a tad narrow) offers restful relaxation, with panoramic views over the rooftops to the distant hills. The South & West –facing bedrooms (very comfy beds and quiet sleep) offer a view of the sea 5kms away (as the crow flies) Right across the street is a grocery outlet opening 7/7 and others within a 5 minutes’ walk, along with cafés, butchers, bakeries and other eateries . The apartment block is right in between two stations of the Line E Metro ( Hospital St Jao - Santo Ovidio) linking Central Porto (Sao Bento, Trindade) in a few short minutes (across the Douro and over the venerable Ponte Luis I). A varied number of bus lines run along the Avenue. This and Gaia’s maze of 1-way traffic, made the complimentary secure underground parking a welcome bonus. Suitable preparation is however required for whatever the stay in Porto will require in terms of transportation and discoveries as the apartment does not have brochures and such guides. If arriving by personal vehicle, the GPS coordinates given will be exact. Be aware though that the apartment’s main entrance is in a wide, open & paved recess, set back from (and not in direct view of) pavement & the road. (Vehicular access is some 5m away and leads direct to the underground parking with secured lift to the 15th floor) This is a home-away-from-home. It is unreservedly recommended. Excellent apartment

New, modern, well decorated, basically in white and black, multiplying well the daylight to make a wonderful atmosphere. The beds are extremely comfortable, as well as the "chaise long" in the leaving room where we fought to relax. LOL Free Internet WIFI and English TV channels made the difference. Very well located. There are a supermarket in front and many bus stops and a MTR station as well. We took usually 10 minutes by MTR or Bus to arrive at the Centre of Porto. There are also a bus stop for the city tour (hop on, hop off). Very convenient place to discover Porto and the North. We did appreciate our stay in this apartment and we recommend it.

Excellent apartment.

Excelent apartment, located at the heart of the city in the main avenue, at very small distance from the historic centre and touristic area. Easely rechable by a few bus lines and MTR, Porto downtown at 5 minutes by MTR, supermarket just in front, in the other side of the avenue. The apartment is new, modern decorated and match the photos shown in the site. The beds are really confortable. Very clean, very well maintained, and the light in all the apartment is very good as it's facing South and West. Despite the weather that was windy and rainy, our stay was excellent. Thanks Marcos for the warm welcome.
