This beautifully presented 2 bedroom villa is located in the beautiful Cape Greco area of Protaras with sea views from the patio area. Villa comes with Free WiFi.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and is modern & bright. The property has 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom.
To the outside of the villa you will find a patio area and a private pool.
The location is perfect - whilst it is quiet it is only a 5 min drive to the centre of Protaras with all its bars, restaurants & beaches and is only a 10minute drive to Ayia Napa.
The villa also benefit from being close to the famous Konnos beach with it's many water sports. The location is ideal for those attending a wedding at the Grecian Park Hotel.

Perfectly Placed in Protaras

Nice location in quieter area of Protaras with good restaurants (especially Kafkaros across the road) and easy walks to excellent beaches. Appropriate sized property for couples - the pool is smaller than average but is in good condition and clean - great for cooling off after a day in the hot sun! Altogether a lovely stay and we hope to return.

Protaras 2019

Villa itself was perfect however the road it's on is quite busy/noisy. The air con wasn't working in one of the rooms and despite someone coming around to fix it, we couldn't get it to work, a large fan was provided very quickly. We walked into Protaras one evening it took a good 40 mins, so maybe a car would be handy or get a taxi which was very easy to do and only cost 10 euros. Ravioli’s Restaurant which is top of the hill (10-15 minute walk) was lovely, great food and there are many good restaurants both in Protaras and Pernera. Overall we had a great holiday. The whole booking process was very simple and John answered all the questions we had.

Lovely Villa set in beautiful surrondings.

When we arrived on 28th October we were very happy with the Villa spotless everything was as it was advertised. Restaurant opposite and a 5 min walk up hill to the right there is a sport's bar and a fantastic restaurant called Ravallonis the food is stunning. Try seafood linguine best iv ever tasted and great rib eye steaks .There is a bus stop opposite sports bar and a further on left off villa 5 mins walk. Use the buses every 15 mins and run until early hours and the price is 1.5 euro everywhere on 101 and 102. After 9pm goes up to 2.5 euros excellent value. Protaras town is 10 mins on bus and Aya Nappa 20 mins other way .I preferred Protarus nice easy going and not a bad size plenty to do try fools and horses pub good food and drink at a good price.Great beaches must say Konnas beach which is just up hill is fabulous .Hope this helps your choice.

Great location

Great location, restaurant over the road is fantastic, shops and beach close by. Property has everything you need, great pool and sun beds. loads of kitchen utensils etc. Property does need a deep clean, there were marks on the wall and paint work that would come off with a wipe, top of fridge and hood were thick with grease. bedding and towels smelt fresh but all had marks, holes or stains on. bathrooms were clean and neat. Hair dryer and kettle need replacing! If it had a deep clean and some new linen, I would go back as it really was a great place.
