The Avalon is a gated complex with Electronic entry into the complex with electronic keys which will be provided. UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, NO ELEVATORS.

Condo is located in Clearwater, 2.5 Miles from Clearwater Beach. Communal heated pool & Fitness room in complex.

Renovated in the summer & Fall of 2017. New furnishings, updated kitchen, patio furniture in the balcony. Unit is on the second floor...no elevators.
Unit is located next to the pool. (balcony does NOT face the pool)
Queen size bed in bedroom, there is a pull out sofa bed in living-room. Internet with Wi-Fi access, two smart LED TVs. Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops. Washer & dryer in unit. Central A/C, iron & board. Linens provided, towels provided. Parking in complex. Guest to provide their own meals . Some items are in the unit for your use. Once diminish it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for their supplies.
Brand new A/C unit. Installed on June 2020. Condo Association fee $50....their rule not ours.
SORRY...NO PETS.
Min. age to rent with us is 25 years old.

Location, location, location!

Great condo! The location is super. Central to all the places we know and like. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Owner was easily available and attentive to our needs. Well equipped kitchen. We would recommend!
