Our modern and spacious, 100m2, holiday apartment located in a quiet spot 150 metres from the Nasserein cable car and 10 mins walk to the centre of St Anton. The 2 bedroom duplex apartment is well appointed and perfectly suited for a luxury family holiday in this world renowned resort. With large open plan lounge, fully fitted and well equipped kitchen and newly updated dining area this apartment is perfect for relaxing after a hard days skiing.

In the lounge there is a flat screen TV with DVD player and a HiFi with Airplay and iPod connectivity. Free WiFi is included and there is a selection of games and DVD's available.

For the 2015 season the main bathroom has been refurbished with a walk in shower and luxury finish.

Bedroom 1 has an Austrian Twin bed, large wardrobe, flat screen TV and direct access onto the balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a large wardrobe with views on to the surrounding mountains.

The apartment has a garage, ski storage, heated boot room and 2 parking spaces.

Modern, well appointed apartment; great access to slopes.

We found the property to be a very smart, modern apartment. Spacious for 4 people. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Separate storage for ski/snowboard equipment.

Quiet area at the edge of town, with superb access to the Nassereinbahn gondola.

Would certainly stay again if returning to St Anton, and would happily recommend to others.

Beyond expectations! Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is extremely well presented and even more spacious than the pictures portray. With 2 well sized bedrooms upstairs, accompanied by a luxurious bathroom with walk in rainfall shower and deep fill bath the apartment really is a fantastic place to relax after a long day on the slopes. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area which is great for socialising and contains everything you need for group catering.

The location is also superb, a 1 minute walk to the nearest ski lift and ski hire shops and 5 minutes to the Spar shop and restaurants in town means everything you need is easily within walking distance.

I would highly recommend staying here and am already looking forward to a return trip to St Anton and a stay at Apartment Cowan!

Wonderful modern apartment, good location and very helpful owners.

Thank you to George and Karen for a wonderful stay in their St Anton apartment. The booking process was very straight forward with prompt replies to any questions we had. The apartment has a lovely modern style with a large open living area, great for relaxing after a good days skiing. The apartment was clean on arrival, the kitchen had all the facilities we required, the bathroom had an excellent shower with hot water every time we used it. The location is very near the Nasserein cable car, which makes it easy to get up to the ski slopes each day.

We would thoroughly recommend Apartment Cowan and very much hope we get an opportunity to stay again in the future.

Very spacious and comfortable appartment

We had a wonderful week in Sankt Anton. The appartment is very nice and modern and close to the Nasserein Bahn. Every morning a 2 minute walk for fresh rolls. The owners are very helpfull and friendly. We certainly would like to come back once.

Great apartment within walking distance of lift

Nicely appointed and well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment that's a 5-minute walk (with ski boots on) from the Nassereinbahn (gondola). It's also close to the eastern side bus terminal (Terminal Ost). The pictures give a pretty accurate showing. The one thing they don't convey is that the building is built into the side of a hill. The entrance is on the top level (of 3), and this apartment occupies part of the bottom 2 levels, so the first thing you do when you enter is go downstairs. There you can enter the apartment itself, where you find yourself on the upper floor where the two bedrooms, a large bathroom (with separate shower), and essentially a coat room are located. Another flight down puts you on the bottom floor, with kitchen, large dining area, and living room, plus a powder room.

The kitchen is well-furnished and stocked with some basic items and leftovers from previous visitors (things like cereal, sugar, tea, etc.). It could use a larger cook pot for things like pasta...I mentioned this to the owner and she agreed, so one might show up at some point. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable and an Apple hook-up. WiFi is included and works well.

The owner communicates well and promptly by email to answer any questions or concerns.

Being near the Nassereinbahn and Terminal Ost is great, but it also means a bit of a walk to anything on the western side of town. But the town isn't really that big, and it's a good way to loosen up those new ski muscles you didn't know you had. Your most common trip will probably be to the Spar grocery store, about a 15 minute trek. It's pretty well stocked (more shelf space for Schnapps than for veggies), but always crowded in the evenings.

So, overall, I really liked the place. It was a good balance between price, facilities, and location. If I ever stay in St. Anton again, I'll hope it's available.
