The building is only 5 years old and has been newly furnished in June 2013 - there is a double sofabed, dining table and 2 chairs, large flatscreen (internet) smart TV (internet features) French Satelite TV with English news channels and Wifi/internet.
From the livingroom is a large terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs - the terrace gets the afternoon/evening sun as faces West.The apartment has a very good bedroom with a quality kingsize bed (2m x1.6m) storage cupboards, bedside tables and flat screen TV. the bedroom is at the rear of apartment and very quiet - it has air cooling system.There is a shower room - with quality walkin shower, handbasin and washing machine - there is a separate WC.
The kitchen area has fridge with freezer compartment, 4 plate hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and full utensils.
The apartment is in a modern building (5 years old) the building is quiet with only approx. 16 apartments in total - large lift - very secure (entry fob and lift code) and quiet. The apartment has a very efficient air cooling/heating system (more natural process) and works well. The building is done as Art Deco style.

Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 100 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.

Sunshine Terrace is the perfect apartment. I couldn't believe how big it was when I first arrived. It has two large rooms with closing doors for privacy, a hallway, and a wash closet and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything I could need, including a Nespresso coffee maker and I enjoyed my meals on the terrace or inside at the table. The washing machine was a huge plus for feeling at home and the building was safe and secure. The entrance, elevator and common areas are all so modern and beautiful and it is just moments from the train station- should you want to explore other towns along the Riviera. It is also quite nearby to the beach and the main shopping areas of Nice. There are incredible artisan patisseries nearby and the restaurants within a short stroll are as diverse as they are excellent. It is SO clean and there were more than enough clean towels, pillows and linens. The bedroom was so quiet and serene and there are blackout window treatments, should jet lag be commanding your sleep schedule, otherwise the French sunshine and fresh air fills the apartment. The team at Go-Nice were endlessly helpful and aided me in every possible way. It is so beneficial to have their expertise and professionalism when renting abroad. Their process is convenient, their directions are clear, their locations and apartments are of the highest quality and their service is five star. It was a dream to live there and I can't wait to return!
The apartment's location in the Musicians Quarter was very convenient--close to everything, but residential and quiet. The building is nice and secure, the apartment as described, and the wifi and satellite television worked well. The only (very) minor negative is that some furniture was a bit worn and some expected supplies were missing--a few stains on the sofa, no dish detergent or laundry detergent, a cracked wine glass, etc.
Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would recommend the apartment.
From the moment we booked we had nothing but excellent customer service from Go Nice.
The slick service continued throughout, from collecting our keys at the airport to the welcome basket waiting for us on arrival at Sunshine Terrace.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could wish for. The location is excellent (five minutes' walk from the train station, five to the seafront and ten minutes to the Old Town).
The king size bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we required and the shower was good too. The washing machine is a bonus - it was great to bring home clean washing and save a job on our return to the UK!
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Go Nice and Sunshine Terrace to anybody and we would definitely stay there again.

We returned to this apartment having stayed here last year. Great location for any place you require in Nice. Lovely sunshine balcony for dinner in the evenings. Very clean foyer, modern secure lift and quiet up market building.
