Set in a historic stone house with a 250 m2 private garden, two storey Stone House with Garden in Cunda/Ayvalik is located on Cunda Island, 300 m from the centre of the island and the seafront. This elegantly decorated villa with offers a terrace with sea view. This house with a maximum capacity of 6 persons has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, 3 different dining areas for 8, LCD TV with Digiturk, with Blu-Ray player and library. Additional $10 charge per pet pet night please.
It is the most original house on the Island of Cunda. This historical stone house was owned by an Italian 200 years ago who used it as a summer house during the Ottoman Empire time. Hungarian and Greek construction workers have added value to this house. The renovation was made in 2008.

Me and my wife have renovated this house fulfilling all the legal requirements to make it look like as it was 200 years ago. We added a lot of antiquities used by Greek and Ottoman families.
