The property has just been built by the owner and boasts tasteful larch-wood floors, rain showers, underfloor heating, towel heaters, lots of hot water, giant picture windows, mountain views, WIFI-internet, a large terrace, BBQ, Full Sky package with Films/SKY/BT Sport & Orange French TV channels as well as the owner's personal guide to the best of everything in the area.
There are 3 double bedrooms with a pull out bed in one room, plus a comfy double sofa bed. There is a fireplace which uses bio-fuel, fully equipped kitchen & secure parking at 100 metres.
The owner or the apartment/manager is local and will welcome you and can help you with any excursions or choices of places to go if requested.

They are perfectly situated in the heart of Briancon town centre. These modern 3-bedroom apartments boast panoramic views of the mountains, and the night sky.
All include stunning and spacious south facing terraces offering amazing views over the UNESCO forts and the Melezen, each terrace comes with outdoor furniture, BBQs, and sun shades.
Apartment Klimt and Buddha are 1st floor apartments, both with direct access on to their terraces.
Klimt contains 2 bathrooms one with bath/shower, 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 bedroom with 2 lots of bunk beds sleeping 4 and an additional single pull out bed.
Apartment Buddha comprises 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms plus a pull out bed.
Both apartments have bed settees in the lounge.
Apartment Maia is our latest apartment and is above the other two. Inside it is very cozy built into the eves of the building with the old beams showing. It contains 3 double bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 contains a shower pod then separate WC opposite. Large velux windows boast views of the ski lifts and the UNESCO forts from every room, bedroom and bathroom. Maia also has internet, LED TV, French satellite TV and an awesome sound system. Bedrooms are relaxing with guaranteed views of the stars and constellations on a clear night.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchens including nespresso coffee machines, fondu and raclette sets.
Apartment Briancon is close to ski lifts, bars, restos, shops,and the ski slopes. Indoor secure parking is at 100m and costs about 22€/week but there is also a loading space outside and free parking close by. This central location allows you to leave the car all week, and for your ski group to be independent and go skiing when they want, benefit from all the activities that are close by, and get home easily from bars, restaurants, Casino and supermarkets (don't worry if you forget the milk). If someone doesn't ski they are perfectly placed to enjoy the town without being secluded. Briancon is probably THE Sunniest ski resort in France and our giant picture windows and huge terraces are perfect to enjoy the snow, as well as making a snowman.

Love to ski in the Serre Chevalier Valley with 220 km of pistes and great off piste descents and lots of tree runs. Briancon and the Serre Chevalier Valley offers so much for both sporting enthusiasts, and those who just want to relax. Sunshine 300 days a year makes Briancon one of the most sunny resorts in France - nice to have sun on your face.

For a ski resort very large comfortable apartment close to lifts, to be recommended for families
Warm, spacious, clean, apartment, ideal for families with small children. The ski-lift is a five minute walk away but ski and boots can be left in lockers in the rental shops next to the lift. Apartment is right next to the central road with plenty of bars and restaurants. View from the terrace is spectacular. To be recommended.
Large, convenient apartment in Briancon
Stayed in apartment Klimt in January 2016. It was nice to be met by Hannah on arrival and to have all the beds made up. The apartment was excellent for the price and as there were only 4 of us we had loads of room. There are 2 supermarkets and parking nearby and the walk to the ski lifts was not as far as I thought from looking at the maps. Nice ensuite showeroom to the bedroom I used and although traffic can be heard early morning, this wasn't really a problem. Nice, spacious apartment with plenty of equipment.
Beautiful, homely, modern and well located
The apartment is in an excellent location close to supermarkets, shops, cafes and bars and most importantly the prorel ski lift. It is modern and homely with everything you could need and some welcome little extras! It was also lovely and warm with underfloor heating! We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views of the mountains. Hannah and Rumble were friendly, knowledgable about the area and happy to help with any small issue either by phone or by popping over.
Overall I would recommend this apartment, town and ski resort to anyone and would stay here again if I returned!
Fantastic apartment in the heart of Briancon
The apartment is well set out with a large open plan kitchen dining area and separate bedrooms opening off. There is a dish washer and washing machine to make life easier, sky for a lazy night watching films and a it's in a great central location.
It is only a few minutes walk from the ski lift and the rental places allow you to leave your gear in the shop. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by depending upon your fancy, two supermarkets open early and late and its a short walk up to the old town.
Lastly and most importantly the owners are really helpful, easily contactable and very nice.

Well thought out apartment, with plenty of space. Good homely feel with sufficient kitchen. Child friendly inside, with good storage space.
We were well looked after, with friendly staff who were genuinely interested in how our stay was.

Would highly recommend, there's lots of places of interest locally.

New and clean flat superbly located
Great apartment close to good shops and a lovely local market over the road on Wednesdays and Sundays. The flat has everything you need to cook big meals and even a dishwasher! I especially liked the bed and the underfloor heating.
