Apartment Briancon

Bright, modern & comfortable apartments ideally located close to Serre Chevalier Ski lifts and swimming pool/spa/ice rink complex (La piscine du parc 1326). They are perfectly situated in the heart of Briancon town centre. These modern 3-bedroom apartments boast panoramic views of the mountains, and the night sky.

All include stunning and spacious south facing terraces offering amazing views over the UNESCO forts and the Melezen, each terrace comes with outdoor furniture, BBQs, and sun shades.

Apartment Klimt and Buddha are 1st floor apartments, both with direct access on to their terraces.

Klimt contains 2 bathrooms one with bath/shower, 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 bedroom with 2 lots of bunk beds sleeping 4 and an additional single pull out bed.

Apartment Buddha comprises 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms plus a pull out bed.

Both apartments have bed settees in the lounge.

Apartment Maia is our latest apartment and is above the other two. Inside it is very cozy built into the eves of the building with the old beams showing. It contains 3 double bedrooms (2 with ensuite bathrooms and 1 contains a shower pod then separate WC opposite. Large velux windows boast views of the ski lifts and the UNESCO forts from every room, bedroom and bathroom. Maia also has internet, LED TV, French satellite TV and an awesome sound system. Bedrooms are relaxing with guaranteed views of the stars and constellations on a clear night.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens including nespresso coffee machines, fondu and raclette sets.

Apartment Briancon is close to ski lifts, bars, restos, shops,and the ski slopes. Indoor secure parking is at 100m and costs about 22€/week but there is also a loading space outside and free parking close by. This central location allows you to leave the car all week, and for your ski group to be independent and go skiing when they want, benefit from all the activities that are close by, and get home easily from bars, restaurants, Casino and supermarkets (don't worry if you forget the milk). If someone doesn't ski they are perfectly placed to enjoy the town without being secluded. Briancon is probably THE Sunniest ski resort in France and our giant picture windows and huge terraces are perfect to enjoy the snow, as well as making a snowman.

Our apartments include linen and towels plus cleaning with every week stay.

Ski enthusiast with 10 years in the Chamonix valley, moving to Briancon 5 years ago. Love to ski in the Serre Chevalier Valley with 220 km of pistes and great off piste descents and lots of tree runs. Briancon and the Serre Chevalier Valley offers so much for both sporting enthusiasts, and those who just want to relax. Sunshine 300 days a year makes Briancon one of the most sunny resorts in France - nice to have sun on your face.

I stayed in the Klimt apartment for 5 weeks during January/February 2017 during a skiing holiday in Serre Chevalier. It was first rate. The apartment was very well equipped, warm, spacious and comfortable - much better than the usual ski 'rabbit hutch'. Klimt was well situated being a 5 minute walk from the ski gondola in Briancon (and the adjacent Mont Prorel bar with 15.00 to 18.00 happy hours prices of 3 euros a pint). There was a supermarket about a minute's walk away and another some 5 minutes walk. The historic walled part, Vauban, was some 15 minutes walk away in the other direction up the hill. Kathryn the agent was excellent and very helpful. In short I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment.

Great modern apartment in the heart of the city

Strategically located for any activity you may choose. We were there for the climbing and were impressed by all the routes availble in virtually every direction. The apartment I spacious and well appointed. Awesome kitchen. Great deck for apres climb, with stunning view of Les Ayes cirque. Would love to come back!

superb accommodation wonderful views

The apartment was of a high standard throughout well equip kitchen very comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms the views from the terrace are awe inspiring situated in the middle of the town with shops ,restaurants and bars all a short walk away. Hannah who welcomed us and Rumble who is the owner were very kind and helpful , and were experts on Briancon and the surrounding areas all in all a superb holiday and a superb accommodation

Stunning apartment in perfect location

We spent one week in the apartment and has an amazing holiday. The apartments are in a perfect location to get around the pretty town of Briancon, where there are lots of places to eat, drink and shop.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you might need to make family meals at home, whether eating inside or out. The terrace gets the sunshine all day and has beautiful view of the mountains. The apartments are modern with a mountain feel about them too.

Would highly recommend staying here, not only for the quality of accommodation and really friendly owners, but also for the picturesque location.

Excellent family holiday in luxury appartment

Property was accurately described regarding layout, location, facilities, etc. Property was clean and well maintained. Customer Service was great, met by host and shown all the facilities. Helpful guide to all the best bars and restaurants.

Property was excellent, it accommodated 7 of us easily with plenty of room for dinner guests. Enough room for children to play without disturbing everyone even though we were in the centre of town. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen was great- gave us plenty of room to have team cooking competitions!

Location was excellent, something for everyone in the family to do from shopping in the markets (right on the doorstep) to adventure playgrounds for adults and children to swimming in clear mountain lakes nearby.

Liked best the warm welcome from the local host and his lovely wife. Would definitely recommend this. Being able to hire the next door apartment at the same time meant that even very large (loud) family groups could get away and enjoy themselves
