This 3 bedroom, top floor (elevator access) air conditioned luxury condo is 15 minutes from Disney and is located in a secure gated community. It is ideal for families. Newly decorated and refurbished (including new tiled floors and carpets, kitchen appliances and furniture) makes this condo a real 'home from home'

experience. New air conditioning and keyless door entry, new lounge furniture, lights and remote control fans installed, upgraded balcony with screen, new lighting and tiled floors July 2018. Further upgrades undertaken January 2020

Residents also have access to a shared swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, volleyball court, clubhouse and games room - all included in the price!

Sleeping 6 people comfortably, this condo has a master bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms (all with their own TV) and a family bathroom. The spacious open plan living and dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and a separate utility room (with washer and dryer) complete the home.

All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided, along with cable TV and WiFi internet access.

Great condo. This is the second time we stayed here and we are glad we returned. Nice location. The condo is well maintained and had everything we needed.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet apartment! My husband and I had stayed here before around Christmas, so we were happy to stay again with our friends in this very nice vacation getaway. The owners are great at communicating and very helpful. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is in a great location for all of Orlando’s attractions. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay!

Family trip to Florida

We stayed for 10 days during April for a long overdue trip and could not have had a better time. From the first point of contact with Neil, we had clear and timely communication and a lot of very helpful information that made our stay go smoothly. The condo was just as described and matched our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean, spacious, very well equipped (a real tea kettle! Bliss for a Brit abroad!) in a great safe location near Champions Gate. The whole complex was very quiet and around the pool people were very friendly. Our two children loved the facilities in the clubhouse including the pool table and arcade machine too. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to our friends. Thank you! Wow a brilliant Condo Vacation Property

Our second vacation at Marion and Neil’s propery.The parks are nearby and there’s restaurants and shopping 5 minutes away. The owners are easy to deal with and responded to my questions by return email. Finally the Condo itself well it’s 5 star for sure, the photos on the site don’t show how great it is, we will be back next year.

Incredible Vacation Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Neil and Marion’s Condo it felt like we had come home. It’s clean, roomy and well furnished with everything anyone could need. The pool area & club house were immaculate we felt safe & secure with our children and a great place to come home after a day at the parks or out shopping.
