This 3 bedroom, top floor (elevator access) air conditioned luxury condo is 15 minutes from Disney and is located in a secure gated community. It is ideal for families (cot, stroller, high chair available on request). Newly decorated and refurbished (including new carpets, kitchen appliances and furniture) makes this condo a real 'home from home'

experience. New air conditioning and keyless door entry installed August 2016

Residents also have access to a shared swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, volleyball court, clubhouse and games room - all included in the price!

Sleeping 6 people comfortably, this condo has a master bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms (all with their own TV) and a family bathroom. The spacious open plan living and dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and a separate utility room (with washer and dryer) complete the home.

All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided, along with cable TV and WiFi internet access.

We have been travelling to Florida for over 15 years and love the area so much that we decided it was time to have a base here, and to buy our 'home from home'. We plan to take our vacations, or holidays, here as well and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

If you would like help with planning your holiday, we can give advice on flights, car hire, good value theme park passes, restaurants, great value shopping, and ideas of things to do that are off the beaten 'tourist trap'. Just ask.

Fantastic Stay

This Home is fantastic, close to all the parks, shopping and restaurants. It's a great place , it's calm relaxing and allows you to recharge for the next day. The owners worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed and answered countless questions by return email

Our First Choice!

We had another wonderful 21 night stay - our 7th, see previous reviews - in this lovely condo. As always, it was beautifully furnished and presented. We happily recommend Terrace Ridge, and this condo and owners Neil and Marion in particular, to anyone wanting a comfortable base for a memorable Orlando area vacation. This was the 6th time we've stayed here - all our earlier reviews are below. We enjoyed another 21 nights in this lovely condo, perfectly located on Terrace Ridge. It really does provide the perfect vacation base, with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As usual, we noticed additional tasteful enhancements to furnishings since our last visit. Owners Neil and Marion couldn't be easier to deal with, always friendly, caring and helpful. Don't hesitate to book this excellent accommodation - we already have another stay arranged for early next year.

Just the Job!

Our 5th stay here - all our previous reviews can be viewed below. We had a great 14 night stay in this attractive, clean and comfortable condo which is very well situated on the great Terrace Ridge development. Each time we visit we see that some additions or improvements have been made to enhance guests' comfort and enjoyment. Neil and Marion are the perfect owners to deal with, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We already have our 6th stay booked for later in the year.

Great condo, great stay!

We spent a week in this wonderful condo in June. It's well taken care, big, updated and tastefully decorated. Very conveniently located, easy access to highways and all major attractions. The complex has a good size pool to relax after a hot and busy day in Orlando. The owners are absolutely amazing, welcoming and accommodating. Do not hesitate to stay in this wonderful place!!! The owners, Neil and Marion, remain a pleasure to deal with. The condo has recently been redecorated to a high standard and we know from discussions that further enhancements are planned.
