Modern two-bedroom apartment with private roof terrace, outdoor Jacuzzi and panoramic views

La Gola penthouse apartment is situated near to Puerto de Pollensa’s beach and offers wonderful views from the multi-level roof terrace. From here, guests can gaze out across the sea, to the mountains and over Gola Park - a picturesque nature reserve that’s home to many of the island’s indigenous flora and fauna.

The roof terrace is fully furnished, with a corner sofa area that’s set alongside the sunken outdoor Jacuzzi (not heated). There’s a barbecue area here too, as well as a dining table, chairs and a sun-lounging space. It’s an enviable spot to be over sunset, best enjoyed with a cooling drink in hand.

Inside, you’ll find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and complete with terrace. A calming colour scheme of fresh whites, cream and light woods creates a relaxing environment throughout, whilst modern materials, such a glass and marble, set a luxurious tone.

The apartment is equipped to the highest standards with integrated air conditioning and electric blinds in both bedrooms. The apartment has Wifi, lift, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Set in a quiet area but only 20 meters from the lovely sandy beach and a short walk to the pine walk restaurants and supermarkets.

Wonderful time in Port de Pollenca

The apartment is perfect for 4 people, has a wonderful roof terace with a "cold" jacuzzi, and is close to the beach. Everything was really good, clean and well-maintained. We also had a friendly contact with the rental department.

Great apartment - comfy, roomy, great location

I'd happily recommend this apartment to families.

My family (me, husband, two children (11 and 8) found it to be clean, well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor space on the roof and the balcony to the side are a real bonus. The wifi, dishwasher, washer-drier etc made it practical and convenient for us. The location is excellent - no more than a minute to a lovely sandy beach, small supermarket and bars/restaurants. We stayed out of season and found no noise issues in the evening. A short walk along the beach (10 mins or so) is Pine Walk where there are more restaurants.

The Gola nature reserve is far prettier than the photos show - really handy if you have young children and want a quick distraction or short walk at the end of the day.

The only negative is that over the wall round the rooftop terrace is just a drop to the ground (3 or 4 storeys down). The wall is plenty high enough to stop anyone falling accidentally but I personally wouldn't trust my children by themselves to be 100% sensible - that said, the plunge pool itself is too deep to leave young kids unattended anyway so it's more likely that parents would be around to supervise.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment and would highly recommend.

An excellent place to stay .. Very modern and clean.the bed was lovely and comfy . Very quiet as well. and i would definitely stay there again.... An added bonus was that we didnt have to check out until after 4 as there was no booking coming that day which was really nice

Very nice apartment , ideal location for beach.

This apartment is fantastic for beach and shops. So quiet at night and during the day , main bedroom remains dark even when the sun is up , thanks to outside shutter and curtains and bed is so comfortable . Will be recommending this to friends & family , marga caldes was great too deal with booking this apartment for me & my wife. Weather was great also 31 in October ...!

Excellent all round

This is a terrific apartment - incredibly close to the beach, a very short walk to the centre of town and very nicely kitted out. The two bedrooms are a good size, the second bathroom is small but very smart. The main living area is very comfortable - could have done with one more easy chair though. The roof terrace is what makes this property special. Sea and mountain views, it's very private and the plunge pool is great. There is sun all day so an umbrella for shade is essential and this was broken when we arrived but replaced very quickly. We will be back.
