In Dinard: 400m from the Prieuré beach, 900m from the beach of the Casino (the Ecluse) and 200m from the market halls open every day, in a quiet street charming 1890s house completely renovated (80m²) on 3 levels composed of a living room equipped kitchen 25m ², 3 rooms or 7 beds: a large room with double bed and a child room with 2 beds of 90 bunk + bed drawer of 90 extra and WC on the floor. On the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with 2 sinks, 1douche, 1baignoire, 1 toilet, 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer. Small garden of 80 m² very quiet separated from a small passage.

Lovely family home

We stayed in this house for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It is very well located (5 mins from a supermarket) and 10 mins from the beach. It has everything you could need in the kitchen, the bedrooms are a good size and there is a large garden behind the house as well. The only one thing to note is that, if you have small children (as we do), it is not the most child friendly house - with two steep and winding stair cases. This meant we spent a lot of time in the day out of the house (but the area is lovely, so that wasn’t a problem!) We would definitely recommend.

Mooie locatie - onduidelijke afspraken

Het inchecken ging gepaard met veel onduidelijkheid door de zoon van de eigenaar. Daardoor starte onze vakantie in mineur. Vanwege de goede locatie hebben we er het beste van gemaakt.

A recommander !

Très agréable maison, avec une disposition originale sur trois niveaux (rez de jardin, rez de chaussée et étage). Emplacement idéal : commerces à proximité, adorable plage très abritée, balade sur la digue... Gîte très bien aménagé, excellente literie. A recommander !

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la maison qui est vraiment agréable et très bien équipée. La literie est confortable. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre et des plages. Nous n avons pas pris la voiture du week-end. Notre hôte nous a conseillés une belle balade et nous avons decouvert des paysages magnifiques. Nous y retournerions sans aucune hésitation

Agréable maison

Une maison baignée de lumière (orientation Est Ouest), très bien équipée, avec 3 niveaux permettant aux grands et aux petits de vivre leur vie, un jardin agréable et à toute proximité du coeur de ville .. tout en étant au calme. Une super adresse !!
