Beautiful, spacious Beach Plum Village home with a PRIVATE HEATED 23’ POOL, Weber grill, oversized outdoor cedar shower, all new outdoor furniture, two king suites and three separate living areas make it the perfect home for accommodating multiple families. Additionally, the home offers a large well equipped kitchen, new rugs, new furniture, central A/C and is well positioned in the neighborhood to enjoy the resort style amenities of Beach Plum Village. Beach Plum Village is a small, quintessential Nantucket neighborhood that is centrally located to everything on the island (town, beaches, public transportation, & mid-island conveniences). Small hypoallergenic dogs considered ($500 pet fee).

The home has upgraded WIFI and two desks (king bedroom and kitchen) to allow for a convenient work from home environment if needed.

Amazing house in beautiful location!

The house was wonderful - clean, spacious, fun, absolutely perfect for a group of people. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating which further enhanced the experience. Would 100% go back!

Great relaxing stay

We loved our time at this property in Nantucket. The house is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. In rainy days, the backyard well heated pool served well for my teenagers. The host was wonderful, very prompt and helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous house

We enjoyed our stay. The house layout was excellent that it did not feel crowded with two families. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware and towels. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool.

Nantucket Gem

Julie’s home on Nantucket is the perfect rental for families and friends seeking to accommodate a large group in a lovely neighborhood, close to town, beaches, restaurants and more! This spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped home is as described and pictured. We especially appreciated the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, ample bedrooms and full baths, private, heated pool and fenced yard/patio, lower level with ping pong table and bar, as well as the adjacent tennis courts and nearby gym. Julie is very responsive and accommodating as well. Happy to have discovered this gem to which we hope to return annually!
