Recently built three storey linked townhouse in the residential of Vale do Lobo. The front door is on the first floor and leads into the lounge/dining area. There is a glass topped dining table for 6 and two comfortable sofas. At the far end doors open out onto terrace overlooking the pool and garden area with distant sea views. The lounge also has a wood burning stove, TV with Sky digital and music center. Leading off the lounge is a twin bedroom (sharing the same terrace as the lounge) and a separate shower room. To the left of the front door is a well equipped kitchen including microwave. Stairs lead up to two further bedrooms. One twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom . Master bedroom with twin beds made up as double and full ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to terrace with long distance sea views. On the ground floor is a games room with bar, shower room, table tennis table and large patio windows leading onto pool terrace. Air-conditioned. The windows are double glazed and are fitted with shutters and mosquito screens. Garden with sun loungers and garden furniture. Gas BBQ. Maid service is 4 times per week.
