2.5km from Place Louis XIV of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Socoa sandy beach, 'Ttiki is a lovely charming house located between sea and mountains. Its beautiful garden of 000 m2 1. the various species (including palms) is fully enclosed and has a trampoline. Large swimming pool is secure (secure portal + component). The terrace, south facing and with stunning views of the mountains 'Rhune', is ideal for hosting all meals with family and friends.
The house has been completely renovated (2013) and all equipment is new. It consists of a large living room (living / dining / island / kitchen) of more than 50m2 and 5 bedrooms (including master suite). 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor (the suite) and 2 are upstairs. All have new bedding. The house has three bathrooms (one ensuite for the master bedroom, 1 independent and independent ground floor upstairs). 2 separate toilets (one downstairs, one upstairs). The pool is fenced and has an electric cover. The house has 3 parking spaces located at the front.

Séjour au top

Propriété au calme avec des prestations au top permettant un séjour agréable pour tous : parents, enfants, ados et bébés. Tout l’équipement pour bébé est dispo, les ados ont pu profiter du trampoline, de la piscine sécurisée, de la table de Ping pong et des vélos. La propriété a une situation géographique parfaite permettant l’accès aux plages à pied ou en vélo. Les commerces sont proches. La vue sur la Rhune et la végétation verdoyante appelle à des vacances en toute sérénité. Je recommande fortement !

Grande Maison contemporaine très bien équipée dans un jardin agréable

La propriété est idéale : maison aux beaux espaces, très bien équipée avec une très belle piscine en contre bas, et un coin barbecue appréciable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à dispo de 2 vélos. Très pratique. Un peu de bruit dans les environs (peut être lié à des travaux ?) mais rien de très marquant. Des propriétaires sympathiques, très réactifs et plein de conseils.

Famille sur 4 générations entre 5 et94 ans nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Bien conçue, parfaitement décorée, très bien équipée, avec un magnifique jardin et une belle piscine : tout y est ! Avec un plus une situation exceptionnelle qui permet,au calme , de profiter de tous les alentours entre océan campagne et montagne .
