The C'an Passarell house is located the south of the island, in the country, in a very calm place, ideal for children and relaxing.

The position of the house is very exclusive.

The house is located 5 minutes by car of the Campos town, where you will find all the services: restaurants, gas stations, banks, supermarkets, etc.

The house is located 9 kilometers of the best beaches in the island: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita, Sa Coloni.

Pretty good villa

Pretty good villa. We were met by Toni at the petrol station in Campos - bit strange but worked out fine. We then followed him to the villa - necessary as otherwise impossible to find. Fortunately we drew a map on our way. It's about 5km out of Campos so takes about 7 minutes to drive.

Intro to villa was very short. Villa itself is pretty good - remote so very peaceful. The pool is large - approx 12m x 6m, very clean,raised up on a patio so doesn't get leaves blown into it. Plenty of room to park on large driveway. Outside kitchen area with BBQ.

There's only AC in the lounge. TV is poor - no English channels at all. WiFi is not fast but OK.

Tennis court was great to use but the line markings are not in the right place, net too high, and only about 3 feet of space behind base line. It's OK for fun use but don't expect a great court if you're a tennis pro!

Facilities not as advertised but good holiday.

The manager Toni met us in Campos town drove us to the villa and literally left us after less than 10 minutes, he gave us a walk around the villa and left.

We hire villas every year and this is the first time we have had this type of treatment, fortunately we remembered the way to Campos town as we were way in the country and able to do shopping. ( In fairness to the manager water fruits and shake left in the fridge on arrival.).

On proper inspection of the villa we were disappointed in what we found.

The villa had no book of instructions i.e. emergency no's, local amenities, fire blanket, maps or any instructions for dishwasher, oven, and a broken kettle which was replaced on the Monday but should have been checked before we arrived.

The villa was in fact a "folly" very good in some area's but rubbish in others.

The pool was magnificent but also next to it a used BBQ filthy from it's last use.

The Air conditioning was not as advertised, the only unit, which can be seen in the top right photograph, in the view of the living room, and the bedrooms only had fans, one can be seen in the same photograph on the left.

The garden was vast but was covered in weeds and masses of cigarette ends there was no attempt at cleaning anything in the two weeks we were there.

The towels were changed On Wednesdays and Saturdays but although clean were full of stains so we ended up buying our own. The sheets were changed on Saturday but left on the bed for us to change, a novelty!!

Great to have the tennis court but the net was too high and could not be adjusted and the wire fence was too near the court lines so service not possible.

In fairness the villa was clean and a lot of the points above we were going to raise with Toni but all he did was to send his cleaning staff to the villa which was useless as they did not speak English and we could not communicate with them.

Campos town was 15 minutes away not 5 and beaches 20 minutes away not 9.

I would not recommend this villa and would not go back but we did have a good holiday as weather, pool and tennis court we made the best of!!!

From our web site view all seemed OK, BUT we now have serious reservations.

1. Toni the manager met us in Campos nearest town to villa mid morning Saturday 2/7/2016. Drove us to the villa about 15 mins not 5 mins and left after less than 10 mins. Not good customer service!! No villa instructions, emergency no's or advice on local facilities.

2. Only because my wife and I remembered the route into town we returned and did a big shop. ( In fairness the fridge was stocked with water fruits and chocolate shake ).

3. Soon found out kettle u/s and rang Toni, fixed Monday, should have been triaged before we arrived!!

4. Soon found out Villa a "Folly" some areas good some areas rubbish.

Air conditioning unit ONLY in furthest place from bedrooms, can be seen in picture of living room top right and fan in left corner was for second bedroom, no A/C in main bedroom again only fan!!

5. Villa not equipped with basics, no villa info, emergency no's, fire blanket, or info on any appliances, basic towels in kitchen badly stained but "clean". no metal trays for oven.

6. Grounds full of overgrown weeds and MASSIVE amount of cigarette ends dropped all around garden no attempt to clean garden at all AND BBQ filthy from last guests.

7.Towels changed Wed and Sat, and sheets replaced on Sat but just left in bedroom for us to change, first time in 30 years we have had to do this!!!

8.Great to have Tennis Court but net far too high and court far too small, couldn't serve a ball without hitting metal fence behind.

9.The villa was clean but it was spartan in the extreme as far as utensils were concerned and could have been better appointed especially having such a brilliant pool.

10.Pool water level kept constant with large" ball cock" in top left corner, not shown on photo's!!

11. Overall we enjoyed are stay because we bought items for the villa which should have been their for our stay, I would not come back here again.
