About the property

Panoramic Views Yet Only 400 Metres From The Beach, Bars And Restaurants

The large private infinity pool (protected by a child-proof fence) overlooks the sea and leads onto a terrace that provides the most spectacular views in Mojacar - in an arc of about 210 degrees the Mediterranean fills around 90 degrees, the town another 90 degrees and the mountains the remainder; Garucha and more can be seen in the distance. There are a large range of sunbeds, sofas, tables and a BBQ for al fresco dining. The house has another terrace, a balcony and a solarium, one or the other of which will provide day long sunshine at all times of the year. The lounge/diner leads out onto a terrace. The house has air-conditioning / heating throughout. Three of the bedrooms are doubles and en suite and lead either directly onto the veranda or a balcony. The 4th bedroom has twin beds and a cot with a WC and basin in the adjacent room.

There is a Sky Box system installed so if you wish to bring your own Sky Card the channels that you have at home will be received - if there is no card installed, then normal free view TV will be received showing most of the UK terrestrial channels as well as Spanish terrestrial TV.

The villa has free Wi-Fi.

About Chris Parry

The photo is of me and my daughter a little while ago but it's the most recent one I have of me - sorry.

I bought the villa in 2010 and have changed it a lot, the work was carried out by a company of Spanish builders to a very high standard - the Town Council are strict and I had to have two architects; I hope you like the work. I love Mojacar and go there as often as my work in Abu Dhabi permits me to. I will retire in a year's time and will live in the villa most of the year from then on. In the meantime please enjoy it and the views which are spectacular.

For your information: Home & Away have added a Service Fee to all bookings, and this is beyond my control; however I have reduced my fees, which haven't risen for at least 3 years, by 5% to absorb most of the additional costs.

Why Chris Parry chose Mojacar area

Mojacar was recommended to me by my very good friends who have had a property there for five years - they said that the town would suit me as it had a good selection of restaurants, bars, shopping and other attractions that I would like, and they were right.

I have lived in the Middle East for a long time so I wanted a home that had the sun and a good life-style. My main requirement was for a sea view but I didn't think it would be possible for me to get such a good one. I think Mojacar is great and I am looking forward to living there full time when I retire

What makes this villa unique

Quite simply, the views are absolutely stunning and you can hear the waves when you sit on the terrace or either of the balconies; it very relaxing sitting in the easy chairs on the terrace with a glass of something nice listening to the waves lapping against the shore.

The property is very convenient for everything, the sea, shops, bars and restaurants - I can walk everywhere if I want to.

I like to read and I enjoy sitting on the 'Romeo and Juliet' balcony reading a good book, taking in the views with a glass of something nice.

A pool party with a BBQ on the veranda with friends is also a great way to spend a day / evening - when my family was there in august there were 15 of us in the pool, and it wasn't crowded.

The Third Bedroom has a double bed, is en-suite and has a 'Romeo and Juliet' balcony, which seats two and overlooks the pool whilst also having direct views to the sea, mountains and the village - a lovely place to share a glass of something nice with a friend. The fourth bedroom has a single bed, a set of bunk beds and a travel cot and is secure - it has an adjacent WC and wash basin.

Awesome Villa, great location. Stunning Views

Just returned from 2 fantastic weeks in Mojacar.

This villa with four double bedrooms was perfect for our family as there were 8 of us travelling. The villa was easy to find and we were met by the lovely Christine who was absolutely fantastic and explained all the amenities and the villa layout.

The rooms are all excellent in size, the recently refurbished décor was tasteful and super comfy. The patio areas and infinity pool are unbelievable. Offering the best views we ever had.

The villa was spotlessly clean and contained everything you could possibly need for a worry free holiday. Even the pool was gated and felt completely safe for our children. (be advised it is pretty deep at one end)

Although there is a fairly steep hill leading to the villa, you do become accustomed to the short walk from the road.

We cant recommend this villa enough and the owner was fantastic with his correspondence and advice. A truly 5 star accommodation in a Spanish paradise.

Having been a tourist here for over 23 years this is without doubt the most luxurious accommodation we have found here.

Definitely a holiday we will remember. Can't wait to return.

beautiful villa, clean and spacious with stunning views over the resort.

We were a family of 8 and at no time felt cramped. The villa was equipped well enough to be able to cook at home if you wished but there were so many fantastic restaurants to choose from that it was not really necessary. They were all very family friendly which helped with our two year old twins.

In the run up to our stay we had to make contact with the owner, Chris, on a few occasions. He was so helpful and arranged a stairgate to be fitted for us, which was an absolute necessity. He also bought a second high chair and travel cots for the twins. He has a lady (also Chris) who takes care of the villa and greets you on arrival. She had organised enough provisions for us to be able to have breakfast and survive until we shopped which was great. She was also on the end of the phone when we needed help, so thanks to her too.

We did realise that you don't get views like that without a hill being involved and stupidly thought we could manage without a car. The hill is a killer if you are not fit. Public transport however is very good with buses running every half hour which we made the most of.

All in all a really successful holiday.

The villa is just out-of this world.

Could not fault anything. So peaceful yet close enough to everything. The views are just incredible. The pool is amazing. I lived in Mojacar 12 years ago so know how amazing Mojacar. Currently booking again for next at this villa.

Excellent villa with outstanding views, situated close to beach, bars and restaurants

Our family had a superb holiday in a villa sporting all ensuite bedrooms and everything needed to make our stay most enjoyable. Many bars and restaurants to choose from all of which were a short walk away.

Excellent property. Exceptional host

Having visited Mojacar numerous times over the last 20 years we were looking forward to a return this year.

We were booked to arrive at the property at the end of February.

However, we were forced to cancel at the last minute, due to an illness in the family.

Chris couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic to our issues.

Chris, many thanks again for your understating and excellent communication with us.

Although we cannot directly review the property, I know its location and the stunning views it offers over Mojacar Playa.

Within a short walk there are numerous bars and restaurants, catering from simple fare to more complex dishes.

I would recommend utilising the cheap local bus service. This runs (typically every half hour) in a loop that takes in Mojacar Playa and Mojacar Pueblo. Use it to visit the old town on the hill.

With its excellent climate, Mojacar is a year round destination. We hope to return soon and will ensure that we stay at Chris' villa.

Mojacar is a tranquil little resort that is a firm favourite with families and couples looking to enjoy a relaxed Spanish atmosphere and plenty of modern facilities. Mojacar pueblo is an enchanting hilltop village of white washed stone houses that rise above the modern beachside (Playa) resort. The village is heavily influenced by past and present artists, and the winding little streets, art galleries and traditional tavernas still exude a bohemian atmosphere. The beach at Mojacar is a 7Km stretch of golden sand and is actually many different beaches; Mojacar beach itself has been awarded the European Blue Flag status.

Although Mojacar is the place for relaxation there are plenty of watersports activities including scuba diving and windsurfing. There is also a nearby golf course or why not try horse riding through the spectacular Sierra Nevada National Park. Mojacar features plenty of bars and restaurants and can be a lively place during the summer evenings.
