Facing the sea, charming house with a garden and terrace. Direct access to the sea

A haven of peace, facing south. Nice elegant house with large terrace of 35m2 and a Mediterranean terraced garden with panoramic sea view. Ideal family. Possibility 5 people. Internet connection. Two bedrooms and a lounge "TV corner". Equipped and large kitchen plancha to the outside. A pergola in a beautiful bougainvillea can have meals overlooking the sea and the sound of cicadas. A second sun terrace, nestled in nature, facing the sea.
Direct access to the sea 100m by stairs (pebbles, flat rocks) and many beautiful sandy beaches nearby (3-5km) not to mention the islands of Porquerolles opposite. Walking also wonderful walking paths along the coastline (protected area).
Supermarket, shops and pharmacy at Pradet or Carqueiranne 10 minutes by car.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus in einer wunderbar ruhigen und grünen Gartenanlage
Sehr gut. Uns hat der Blick aufs Meer, die Ruhe und der Garten sehr gefallen. Allerdings sollte in der Anzeige stehen, ob Bettwäsche gestellt wird und im Preis inbegriffen ist. Obwohl ich mehrfach die Agentur und den Vermieter angeschrieben habe, wurde mir diese Informationen nicht gegeben. So haben wir einen extra Koffer für Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht, um dann Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Haus zu finden, die uns dann nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt worden sind.

Wunderbar
Schickes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Wer wie wir auf Landhaus steht wird es lieben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht Englisch. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter und kommen auch sicher wieder.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer
Das Ferienhaus ist klein, aber wunderschön provençalisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sauber(wir hatten nur leider eine Ameisenstaße in der Küche, die ich mir Essig bekämpft habe, da ich das Nest nicht lokalisieren konnte). Es gibt ein kleines Booklet, das alle Details zum Haus und Umgebung enthält. Der Garten ist ein Paradies, mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Gegen die Mücken helfen Basilikumpflanzen. Für das obere Schlafzimmer wäre doch statt des Ventilstors eine Klimaanlage nützlich, es wird oben sehr heiß. Fazit:Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der traumhaften Aussicht zum Frühstück/Essen auf der oberen Terrasse sehr genossen und würden immer wieder dorthin zurück kehren.
