Mirage Lodge is a unique holiday villa, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.

The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

What makes this house unique

Mirage Lodge is a chic glass fronted 4/5 bedroom property, presented over two floors, within a truly wonderful waterside setting & awesome roof terrace.

Thoroughly contemporary in its exterior and interior styling - with 2 x double bedrooms, two of which benefit from direct access onto a private balcony area, with beautiful views over Water Gardens, this is a stunning property.

Enjoy of the wood burning stove for cosy nights in, whilst looking out on the majesty of your very own nature reserve !

“We hired a couple of properties for a 40th birthday party - it was just right. We put all the kids and their parents in one house and everyone else in the other. ??The kitchens were really well appointed, with big fridges and plenty of pots and pans. We cooked for all of us one night, so we're glad of that. You know how it can be with some rentals, you open up the drawers and find 3 mismatching plates and a pan. Not here, we had everything we needed.??The only problem was that it was quite difficult to find your way round the site in the dark (why, if you go in November means after 4.30) so we had to get a cab to the nearest pub. £12 for a 5 minute journey was a bit steep, but wouldn't have liked to try and walk there and back!??Tim and Jamie were really helpful, and we had a great time. Worth the money. I'd definitely recommend it.”

Our family decided to spend a few days together in the beautiful Cotswolds. We loved the estate and gorgeous nature around us. It's a great place for a family to stay, something to do for everyone.

House is very well equipped in all modern convenience. Really loved the bedroom upstairs, so cosy and the beds are incredible, really comfortable! Oh, I almost forgot, bring some more Wii controls so you can have a family tournament just in case of the odd shower.

Will definitely recommend staying here.
