New apartment, spacious, located on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse. Scheduled for 4 people with 1 bedroom with bed 140 and a room with 2 bunk lites 90. Shower room with basin sink, separate WC with hand.
The living room fully equipped kitchen with microwave, color TV with TNT satellite, mini stereo. At the bottom of the stay, through a glass door access to a private terrace and meadows of 500 sqm, equipped with a table and chairs. At your disposal a garage for motorbikes or bicycles.

à la recherche du frais perdu

cercavamo pace, aria buona e fresco: abbiamo trovato i primi due elementi, purtroppo il terzo quest'anno era difficile da raggiungere anche a queste altezze. per fortuna la casa di Alain è dotata di un ottimo sistema di raffrescamento e ventilazione naturale, che ci ha consentito un soggiorno molto gradevole e sonni tranquilli.

Très agréable, sauvage et reposant

Très agréable séjour en famille (2 adultes / 2 enfants) au calme et reposant. Situé à 3km après Saint Paul, au bout de la vallée de la haute Ubaye. Endroit sauvage et reposant, le gite est très agréable avec petit terrasse, stationnement sur le terrain. Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillant, ils nous ont prêté raquettes et luges. On peut rejoindre la piste de ski de fond en contre bas, ou pour balader. Rejoindre en 10min en voiture le bout de la vallée avec circuit de raquette ou ski de rando, idem plus bas à St Paul, où nous avons participé à une nocturne bordée de bougie. Restaurant l'Ubaïa excellent. Au pied du Col de Vars, à 15min en voiture pour skier ou sur Larche, St Anne et à 25min de Barcelonnette. Sans doute super pour les marcheurs l'été, avec de nombreux départ de sentiers de randonnées. Nous reviendrons. Merci pour votre accueil.

Au calme dans un site enchanteur

Le Gîte est situé à proximité des sentiers de randonnées. En conséquence, nous avons pu entreprendre quelques marches intéressantes sans obligations de prendre la voiture.
